I have never received my order or a refund !! even thought I have send numerous e mails. NEVER GOT A REFUND DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!! I have now received my refund.

"RIDICULOUSLY POOR!!!"

I have been sent an email asking for this review by HealthyMonthly about my 'recent' order... I have not received it yet & the order was placed in July!!! Furthermore, my first enquiry as to why it is taking so long was answered with a generic COVID based reply and no more not answering my query... So a few days ago I asked again & have had no response. Absolutely shocking, especially so when the items were shown in stock on the website when I placed the order and they still show in stock when I checked a day or two ago... So where on earth are my products??? RIDICULOUS ALL ROUND!!!

I do not find leaving poor reviews to any benefit,but the response from health monthly has been nothing short of abysmal.
I fully appreciate that these are difficult times for everyone,I have been emailing HM for weeks,I cannot get a straight answer from anyone,I have been charged a higher price for my goods to which I have not received yet,than their advertised price.
No one is taking ownership of the issue,this has culminated in this review.
It has become very frustrating

"waited over six weeks for a delivery"

I have waited over six weeks for an order to be delivered. At the time of purchase there was no indication that the order would take a month to arrive (stated in their first despatch email).The next email from the company extended the 'estimated delivery' from 8th Sept to 21st Sept stating the order had been despatched. It is now the 25th Sept. Trying to use their website to contact them resulted in several frustrating attempts to send a web form that refused to work owing to the order number not being 'valid' - it was. Basically don't use them, they are, for whatever reason, falling apart.

Well they did refund. Still no sign of the item ordered though. Bought elsewhere, no delay.

"Health Monthly always deliver the…"

Health Monthly always deliver the goods, even when it takes a few weeks longer, as happened with my last order. The customer service team were very helpful, staying on top of it all the way - and the goods came in the end.

I've been a customer for years, and I'll certainly be ordering again.

An order that was placed on the 30th July, and undergone several postponements in the process, has not yet been received. The date today is the 25th September.

A most inefficient service, even under the current difficulties caused by the pandemic.
