A big delay in my order, over 10 weeks. When I raised this I got automated replies which was frustrating. However a full refund got processed quickly when I requested, hence my revision to my previous review
I have made many orders with this company over the last 2.5 years and all delivered fine. So the current delivery issues may be down to the corvid impacts. I will order again but will start with small order to see if delivery times have improved.

I would say very bad. I am still waiting for 5 items from my order. I really don't know how can it be possible, I have placed my order in July!!

Health monthly wanted me to leave a review for the products I ordered in July and that so far have failed to turn up.
Very well, I shall do so.
Like many people here, I mailed them. Repeatedly. I did get generic replies.
But what I really want is my goodies.
To anyone reading this who feels tempted by their very reasonable prices I say: there are enough of us who have p...ed our money away.
Go to another provider : they probably will be more expensive but at least you will get your goods.

I got hold of their tactics; upon requesting a refund they just keep sending emails of how hard they are working. (But they are still not refunding!)
Very disappointed, I have asked Paypal to step in.

"Really poor"
Really poor. With having a .co.uk email address you assume the items will arrive fairly promptly. This is not my experience. I am still waiting for a delivery that was ordered in July. The items are sent bit by bit which is also a nuisance. I've raised a ticket for my missing items but I won't be using the company again.

My order never arrived, due, in all probability, to Coronavirus. Whatever the reason, it was not the fault of Health Monthly. My money was refunded speedily, efficiently, and before I had even asked for it. I received very prompt, helpful and courteous replies to my communications from the start. I have bought from Health Monthly for a number of years and always had full confidence in them, and, on the occasion of the first real glitch with an order with them that I have ever had, they did not let me down. Hence five starts, because, when dealing with a problem not of their own making, they still took full responsibility for sorting it out, and quickly too.

"Initially not happy but now order…"
Initially not happy but now order received.
My order took 23 days longer than the estimated delivery time (so 2 months after placing the order). It was explained that the pandemic is impacting delivery timescales.
I got a “How did we do?” email before I’d received my order and initially gave them a poor review (now deleted as that was unfair with hindsight) - but they followed up, apologised and refunded my payment (thanks Dean).
The following week I received my order! So now I just need to (re)pay.
