Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!! I literally just tried to book the 3 night stay in gatlinburg. She started off nice asking the right questions, “reservation code, address on my id, phone number” and then things got super shady. She asked who the other adult was that would be staying (it’s my children, husband, & I) I kinda giggled and said my baby daddy, being funny. She didn’t find that to funny… but she said “mam I’m asking you what your relationship is (which I don’t see how it was relevant) but I said “my partner, my husband I mean I did click on the FAMILY vacation discount one” and then she asked if he lived with me again I don’t see the relevance but I said yes mam he does. Then wanted his birthday his info on his ID also with wanting to know his wages and mine. I understood mine yea sure whatever but some of the questions she asked made me SERIOUSLY UNCOMFORTABLE and I felt like she was fishing to still our personal information. So I nicely said “mam I’ve never been asked all these questions before just to get a discount rate some of them yes made sense but all the others does not so I’m truly sorry for wasting your time I’m just going to book with the resort directly. (I can’t really afford it but I’ll make it work, like many mothers do) she then proceeded to grow aggitated and her tone seemed aggressive talking to me as if I was ignorant and whenever I would try to speak to apologize again for wasting her time she just continued to talk over me. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and I can 100% say without a doubt this lady is in the wrong profession. She was very nice until I started asking questions wanting to understand why she needed mine and my husbands personal information. When IM the one BOOKING AND PAYING. When I’m done here I will be reporting the page and number to ReportFraud.ftc.gov, tips.fbi.gov, & FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). It’s better to be safe then sorry just in case. Because I have never felt so uncomfortable reserving a room, not even when I was getting approved for a new car! Some of the questions she asked was just flat out inappropriate.

Spoke with this company today they ran all the checks and everything we was approved and made the payment. All is great she tells us we will get email with all the information soon. Then we get call back saying they changed the policy and we no longer qualify. What kind of bull crap is that? After everything was done finalized. I highly recommend not messing with this bunch of crooks they got our money and all our information and there’s nothing we can do now. This was for Gatlinburg Tennessee.

"David is the worst"
I called in wanting to get a deal for a hotel stay. The conversation went left after he asked me where did I live instead of asking what was the address on my drivers license. Once he felt he was challenged he didn’t allow me to speak and then told me I was not eligible and disconnected the call. I tried to call back and it stated I was ineligible and it wouldn’t transfer me. I called from another cell phone number and unfortunately I got the same person David. He shouted at me and told me he already flagged these cell phone numbers as ineligible when actually I am eligible and I meet the requirements. I am unable to complain to a supervisor or manager as my number prevents me from getting pass. They claimed all calls are recorded which I’m not sure that’s accurate because this guy should be released from representing westgate with his attitude. I will also complain directly with westgate for using such company as a third party. This review is NOT the last they will be hearing from me on.

Was told I wasn’t old enough to qualify. Woman on the phone went to ask to be sure and came back, told me I could pay $110 PER NIGHT instead of $99 for the weekend. When I said no thank you, she hung up as I was in the middle of asking her another question . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

If you have low income you will not receive this promotion because this is only for people with high income. I wasted my time because my income is low. ridiculous

"First of all the treatment we received…"
First of all the treatment we received from everyone on site at the Smoky Mountains resort was top-notch. We don't have one negative thing to say. We actually bought a time share right on top of the mountain. Our view is spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone. Our representative that we had was nothing but professional. We now have made a friend after our experience. The resort has a lot of amenities to offer and it's surrounding areas which are the National Park and Pigeon Forge. I will recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to go back and use my week plus more . Thank you! Westgate!
