An engineer from the DC Group came out to do our boiler service. He found a problem, showed us both the readings and the worn out gasket and was able to carry out a repair there and then so we could continue to use our heating. The engineer was keen to help and was very easy to deal with.

I must also mention the job was very reasonably priced, especially compared to the other astronomical quotes we were given for a callout.
