Beroomers does not pay to landlords

I accepted a reservation from Beroomers but although the check-in was confirmed more than a month ago, Beroomers has not yet made the payment. Despite my successive emails and attempts to contact via chat, I didn't get any answer. Although the Beroomers booking platform seems be active, they don´t pay and it is even impossible for the landlord to get in contact with them .

"Una gran decepción."

Una gran decepción.
Son un fraude.
Traslado está experiencia a la Universidad Carlos III de Getafe (Madrid), dónde trabajo. Espero ningún alumno contacte con ellos.
Han cobrado el importe del alquiler de una mensualidad junto con una importante comisión, al inquilino, y se quedan con el dinero. No responden a emails ni teléfono. Se han quedado con el dinero. UN VERDADERO FRAUDE

"Beroomers does not pay to landlords"

I'm having huge issues with Beroomers lately. As a landlord that advertise several properties in their website, everything was mostly fine. However, for the past few months, Beroomers disappeared. I currently have 3 reservations, with check-ins made that they didn't pay yet. This situation has been going on for more than a month now. I've tried reaching them through several channels: emails (they don't even open it), contact forms (with no answer), phone (disconnected), Facebook (they see the messages and don't answer. They even blocked me). I'm writing this review to let everyone know that even if they're doing some bookings, they probably are keeping the money to themselves, and they are not answering to anyone.

"¡¡¡OJO MUCHO OJO!!!"

¡OJO MUCHO OJO! Empresa fraudulenta, fueron a México a vender franquicias, no cumplieron con el contrato, su plataforma presenta innumerables decifiencias y una de ellas es que no funciona para hacer reservas, ellos lo niegan todo aun con pruebas claras y testigos. No apoyen a esta empresa y directivos deshonestos.

"Una gran decepción"

Lamento la mala experiencia. Hemos perdido 800 € porque no pudimos deshacer una reserva. Encima el propietario del piso, al que nunca entraremos, se lleva 650 y tiene el valor de escribirme un whatsapp para pedirme que le "desbloquee" el piso para alquilarlo cuanto antes!!!

"I am a landlord and this I am having a…"

I am a landlord and this I am having a horrible experience. Beroomers has not paid a booking made last December, the tenant entered the Flat on the 05th of March 2020, today is the 24th. I have written several e-mail, at first they replied saying they were having problems witht the banking system, but now they don't even reply to the e-mails. What I am assuming is they are experiencing what we all are due to the Corona pandemic, but I am the one getting hurt. It seems they must work like a ponzi scheme, where they need money from new booking to pay old one's, which is just plain horrible. Probably they will just close and I will never receive my money due to their irresponsibility, but what is worse is the lack of accountability as they now don't even offer any justification or reply.
