Shambles of a company, been with fuel genie for 4 years, then covid happened, monthly bills got turned into weekly bills, in some cases invoices were used next day then money taken within 3 days from filling up, didn’t see the point with a fuel card after this. They stopped emailing invoices, I have to physically log into account, even then it only shows a statement, couldn’t access invoices, now my account has been closed so I’ve now no longer for invoices or tax purposes. Oh and the save at the pump is rubbish I’ve never saved any money by using fuel genie.

Thank you FuelGenie. Easy to set up and one of the few companies who understand how hard it is for a new company to get credit. So good for you for supporting new businesses. App is great for showing the nearest and cheapest fuel to your location. Invoices are easily accessible and uncomplicated.

Just ditched Allstar for their extra high excessive charges without notice. Was recommended FuelGenie by Tesco’s and so far so good, and more important NO extra charges, admin fees or 30p per litre added for fuel.
