"Wasserstrom is a rip-off company... and so is Amazon"

Ordered TWELVE potholders for $9.73 from Wasserstrom on Amazon. Wasserstrom shipped ONE pot holder. When I complained they said "listing was a mistake so here's your money back". I didn't want a refund. I wanted the 12 pot holders I agreed to buy as advertised and described on Amazon by Wasserstrom.

Clearly a breach of the retail contract that I, Wasserstrom, and Amazon agreed to when I committed to buy the TWELVE pot holders for $9.73

Wasserstrom blamed Amazon but Amazon was adamant that an accurate item description was the responsibility of the selling partner... Wasserstrom.

Amazon was no help at all but then all of a sudden the 12 pot holders were relisted on Amazon as 12 pot holders for $31.99

So is it fraud, bait & switch, breach of contract, or deceptive advertising? I'll see what the FTC says.

Wasserstrom has been in business for 120 years.
I wonder how many customers they have defrauded and ripped off in those 120 years?

Please Do not do business with this company!! Missed up my order and will not make it right !! Mean upper management and try to belittle you !! I had one lady ( Ella) to suggest I shop with Dollar Tree !! They cater to big hotels and restaurants!! No compassion for the little man !! If they continue to to bad business it will catch up with them !!

"Misleading advertising poor customer service"

Misleading advertising, and awful customer service. They advertise / sell on Walmart.com but advertise you will receive 6 items when they only ship one. They are aware of this issue but don't change it. Also they refuse to add on to an order (even though it hasn't shipped) saying you have to reorder. Which means another hefty shipping charge. Horrible customer service.

The merchandise arrived quickly. It was very well packaged. The prices were the best on the web. What's not to like about Wasserstrom? I give them an A+!

The site had the perfect selection and the pictures were great.
The glasses were delivered in awesome condition and they were exactly what we were looking for in a beverage glass.

"Out of stock items, less-than-ideal replacements"

The sizes of Super Erecta Super Adjusta shelving from InterMetro were not in stock when we ordered. Sadly, no one told us this right away (we had to reach out and ask about delivery dates) and then when we were given the astonishing news about things back ordered for a month, we were offered a replacement in a different size.

The swapped item was not the same style of shelf at all, and this was not clearly communicated. So we now have a shelf of a less desirable size and less desirable model (not Super Adjusta) but at least it arrived on time at a good price.

I utilize web-based purchasing to save time and money. For the multiple times that I've utilized Wasserstrom, I've been more than pleased with the overall efficiency of their organization. I will look to them whenever it's a possibility!
