"Very slow to process claim"

Very slow to process claim. Claim was acknowledged over 4 weeks ago and there has been no further correspondence. After ringing to chase I’ve been told the claim review could take another 3-4 weeks. Not acceptable timescales when I’m hundreds out of pocket for vet treatment and very poor communication.

Reading it supported my decision to go with this insurer.
