These guys are great. After losing our cat of 15 years, they paid for her treatment. Not only did they do that but they covered the previous 2 years' insurance that I had not claimed for too. This is why I am insuring my new kitten through them

"SLOW AT COMPLETING CLAIMS"

I have been with this company for 14 years with 2 insurance policies with them. Last year I had to make a claim for one of my cats, which is now a monthly thing for medication. I have to say most months I am constantly chasing as it is not settled in 10 days promised. I am still waiting 5 weeks on for a July claim.
Needless to say when it is time for renewing my policies I won’t be.
