"One word.... Epic!"

I was previously with a cheaper system (cheaper initial cost) which I had so many problems with. From phantom sales to incorrect stock data, it was just infuriating.

So I spoke with Premier Epos, and it's like they've custom made their system for my business. To call it epic is an understatement! It is not only going to save me and my team hours of work each week (freeing them up to focus on customers), but it is also going to revolutionise how we perform many tasks which in turn is going to give us so much information to enable us to reduce stock levels and free up cash!

Oh, and their customer service levels are insanely good too! Everyone in so helpful, making sure that we are ok and don't have any issues. We are also getting full training - like 3 separate sessions of training because this system is just so thorough.

There is literally nothing that I can find fault with!

Have been a customer of premier epos for just over 3 years now. Have just recieved my upgraded system. We have had a couple of glitches but no system is perfect. Customer service support is great during office hours.

This service is really good for stand alone business with one shop where you can spend the time building up your business but when you start adding more shops to your profile linking the inventory to a website is very long winded with no sign of improvement causing you to invest more time linking items to the website which should link from the other product database.

The system itself has everything we need-although we are still trying to get our heads around it.. The support we get from customer service is brilliant. Fast, officiant and always there at the end of the phone to assist with any queries or questions.
