I honestly can't thank these guys enough, absolutely amazing service from two very personable people who have an incredible knowledge of their job. I had a full tyre change and even with a little hiccup they went above and beyond to make sure they could complete the job. I will definitely be going to them again, at the Old Stratford branch for all future tyre issues. A huge big thank you!

The guys were friendly but they did rush the job and did not check their work. A customer stopped me while reversing, the Just Staff had not placed the caps in the mags correctly and one fell out.

"I think the Lewes branch is great"

I think the Lewes branch is great, and drive the 8 miles to them rather than use the local tyre place. Price is often better than competitors and always comparable. Someone always answers the phone in reasonable time, and knows what they're talking about. They don't try to up-sell like Formula One.
I took a star away because the tyre I booked online wasn't available, and they assumed I would prefer one I hadn't chosen (which wasn't as good) so it could be done at the time I'd booked, rather than wait. I'd be happier with a system that didn't let you book a tyre that isn't available, or at least let you choose to wait or have a different tyre.
