Took my car in for a puncture. I was looked after by Joe and Barny and they were so helpful and professional. While waiting for my car to be completed, I watched their professional and helpful attitude with other clients.
I will be using them again.

I booked to have a tyre changed in Aylesbury but, when I arrived at the appointed time, the tyre had not been delivered to the depot and I had not been advised that it hadn't - an completely wasted journey, etc. When I attended subsequently, I needed to have a tyre pressure sensor changed which I assumed could be done for just the cost of the sensor as the old tyre had been removed from the wheel. When I came to pay I got charged a 'supply and fit' price of £79.99 rather than around £25, ie I was having to pay twice to have the tyre removed. I have subsequently queried this by email seeking a refund of the unnecessary extra charge for tyre removal but have received absolutely no response despite sending a reminder. Just Tyres' customer service is totally rubbish and I will be advising others not to do business with this company.

Ordered 4 tyres on a Monday to be fitted Wednesday. 30 mins before the firing the garage called to say tyres had but arrived and they would need to speak to head office. They called and I explained I needed tyres that day. They offered me budgets and tried to make out they were giving me something by refunding £100 which was actually just the price different from what I had paid. I refused these and got on their website and found some Yokohama's that were similar spec to those ordered which were showing as same day fitting. They agreed, I had to pay a bit more and was told they would get them ordered and email me confirmation for 16:30 fitting. No email ever arrived. At 15:30 I called them to check everything was ok. They had to call me back and sure enough they hadn't arrived, but no one had bothered to call me. Head office advice was to get down to Kwik Fit! Brilliant. Wouldn't offer any compensation. Awful awful service. Assured me was a system error, but twice on the same day???? Customer service were shocking.
