Appointment booked days in advance. Arrived 15 mins early and was told that there are two cars Infront of me as the system has triple booked people. I have also asked for the centre to investigate a wheel that is leaking over time.

I stated I was not happy with this as it makes no sense of having a booking time slot. Was told to go and get a coffee and I'll be called when the job was done.

1.5 hours later I have walked back to find the job finished without being called. I have been advised that they have investigated the leak aswell but I could see no evidence that the wheel has even come off.

I will not be using this centre again.

Great prices, the local garage, and the fitting experience was a pleasure. Good range of tyres to choose from, easy to book an appointment and the fitter was very careful in his work even though they were cheap tyres on steel rims
