Easy to book online and good choice. Communication was straightforward, the item I chose wasn’t available but an alternative was sought and I was made aware of all of the details in advance. Speedy service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helpful advice and good knowledge of the car, was in and out in no time. Chris and Daniel went above and beyond, thanks guys - would definitely recommend!

I was happy with the guys who fitted the tyres. Yet, I previously ordered tyres online, made the appointment, and duly arrived five days later to have two tyres fitted. The tyres I had ordered were not available or could not be found. Could have been a storage misappropriation. Nevertheless, a suitable replacement was available, but only one was on the shelf. One of the staff kindly drove a round trip of twenty miles to a neighbouring branch to pick up the additional tyre for which I was grateful. It was just a bit unprofessional and not expected of such a large organisation.

It does what it says on the tin. Easy to book on website, friendly staff at the Old Stratford site had all the info available. Quick fitting. Bosh! All done.

I had ordered the wrong tyres from black circles and they told me that whilst they’d fit, they would not suit my car so they carefully advised on what I should get instead and they struggled through the removal of the old ones as they’d never been removed before. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Turned up at 9am for my 9.30 appointment but garage only had one member of staff so told wouldn't have car back til around 11am which was no good to me as booked my appointment as had plans for later that day. Had to pay bit extra to get tyre fitted across the road at discount tyres which took them about 15mins with no appointment

Quick effecient service investigated puncture on additional tyre tried to repair but beyond repair , so opted for another new tyre all done quite quickly

"Air leaking from the new tyre installation"

I recently had new tires installed, but I'm experiencing a noticeable air leak from the valve stem, causing the tire to lose pressure rapidly. This issue was not present before the new tire was mounted and I'm concerned about the quality of the valve installation.

I need to find another shop to fit it.
