"Booked appointment not worth "

Booked appointment but had to wait 30mins after appointment time to be attended. Worse as I had arrived much earlier was told my tyres would be seen first but they took a walk-in customer and delayed me. Very surprising.

Two different tyres were put on my car, which is not what I ordered. I called them as soon as I got home and they said they'd call me the next day when the correct tyre arrived. I'm still waiting a week later. Whilst I was there they said it'd take 45 mins to an hour. 1 hour 15 mins later I went back to the garage and my car was ready but no one bothered to call me
