"Tyre change to my Golf Mk7"

I did a tyre change to my Golf Mk7. The two lads from the Nuneaton garage were very welcoming and exceptionally fast. All process lasted less than 20 minutes, including balancing the wheels. I cannot reccommend them enought. Also, I got the best value for price.

So ordered online and selected date and time. Arrived at garage and they opened promptly at 8.30am. There was a disabled lady that wanted her tyres checked before her long trip so they did her but asked myself first as I had booked. They had the tyres already in and carried the works out. Both gentlemen were very polite and asked me to drive the car in. All works was carried out in a timely manor.

"Overpriced - I cannot recommend"

Sounded pleasant and helpful, but charged £50 more for 2 budget tyres than I can get elsewhere. They are welcome to quote what they like, but, with my daughter in hospital and with my running errands for someone housebound, I was rushed and stressed. I feel like a sucker and won't be back. I cannot recommend them. Happy Christmas.

I arrived 5 before my appointment time, booked in at reception. And told by the young lad, that if I returned in 45 minutes my car would be ready.
But If I wasn't back when car was ready, he,d phone me to say its ready.
I returned back at said time, and collected my car no issues.
Everything went smoothly, given copy of receipt and work carried out ;-)
