Les plus grands arnaqueurs, faites attention, j'ai réservé 5 billets Montréal-Alger à 7043,59 $ et une dame qui s'appelle Cathy m'appelle pour me dire qu'il y a juste 3 places et elle a augmenté le prix à 7782 $, une vraie arnaque, de plus, elle a refusé d'annuler pourtant, les billets ont été réservés quelques minutes avant, ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie

Je réserve un aller-retour Montréal Paris pour 3300$ pour un décès donc départ en urgence. Quand j’appelle de suite pour être sûr que c’est confirmé pour les dates on me dit non qu’il faut que je change les dates sauf que je pars pour un enterrement donc non donc du coup ils me demandent 4600$ mais je ne peux pas payer sinon j’aurai acheté les billets sur un site qui n’offre pas de promo. Je demande l’annulation on me demande 150$ par passager. Ce site c’est de l’arnaque. Ils aguichent les gens pour bien les bip…Et aucune compassion au téléphone. Comment se fait il que ce genre de société puisse exister. Jouer avec les gens comme ça c’est juste ignoble!

Eviter de reserver avec eux. J'ai payé le montant affiché sur le site. Une fois payé on les appelle pour avoir la confirmation du vol et ils disent que le vol n'est pas disponible et il faut changer de dates et payer un montant supplémentaire très cher. Si on vet annuler, il faut payer 150$ par personne.
C'est comme une arnaque deguisée

Première fois de ma vie que je met un avis sur internet, et première fois de ma vie que je vois quelque chose comme ça. Les prix qu'ils affichent ne sont pas correct, ils vous envoient un courriel en anglais parlant de fraude, ils vous appelles ou vous les rappelez, et vous vous retrouver avec le prix qui augmente d'un bon 30-40%. Ils vous disent alors que ce n'est pas possible d'annuler et vous rappelle sans cesse si vous refusez de payer. 0 éthique, n'achetez surtout pas ici.

I purchased my flight ticket from them. I had an email that said: "Your booking is under process of Airline confirmation. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. For more information please call our customer care team for further information on +1-844-573-4079" Few time after, i guy called me to tell me that my flight ticket is not reliable and it will cost me twice the price if i want to confirmed it. Finally, It cost me 175$ just to cancel the order.

A bunch of thieves...use them at your peril...rope you in with great flight prices on their website so that you make a booking and then you get a message to say Your booking is under process of Airline confirmation. The sales team then phone you to advise that the return leg is not confirmed and tell you it is another £351!!! I advised I wanted to cancel and I was told that I have to pay £50 for Airport Duty Taxes...I explained that they had not been able to sell me the product they advertised so they were in breach and I requested a full refund. They kept saying the £50 goes to the government! It is an absolute disgrace of a company...do not use - unless you want to battle with them to get a full refund.
I spoke with my bank who advised I can do a claim back for the full amount paid as Flighttrotters could not provide the service/goods I had paid for. A claim back will incur additional costs to Flighttrotters...see how they like it. They have until close of business tomorrow to refund me the full amount.
If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Be careful, this is a fraudulent company. I bought a round trip ticket from them for $932 and I received the confirmation in my email (I have proof if they do it). The same day, one of their employees named Frank contacted me to tell me no, your ticket is $1,385.49 and that I am forced to buy it at this price. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he told me that it is impossible!!! They wanted to sell me the fore bilker and it was almost double the price displayed on their site. I strongly advise you not to buy a ticket from this company. They are thieves. NB: if you need proof, I have all the emails exchanged with them and with the employee Frank.

Please don't use this company, I don't understand why it has such high ratings. Just booked a flight for 5 this morning on the website. Then received an e mail saying Your booking is under process of airline confirmation please except my apologies for the inconvenience one of our sales team will be in touch shortly. I checked my credit card and the payment had already been taken out so I assumed it had gone through. Then we phoned them to confirm this had gone through and after holding on for ages they came back and said the taxes had gone up and we had to pay an extra £290 each. We could not do this so said we would have to cancel the booking. They then said we had to pay £45 cancellation fee. Ok said that was unfair as had we known the correct price in the first place we would not have booked it. I then spoke to the manager who then said the cancellation fee was £115 each, I said your representative just said it was £45, he then said as a gesture of faith he would charge the £45, so I have lost money and still have no flights. Please do not book through this company, I would hate anyone else to loose money.
