I was a bit disappointed with not being offered another flight after your unavailable flight.
However, on the bright side of the ordeal as I kept calling regarding my refund, I was able to speak to an outstanding and polite Sr Representative whose knowledge of the process and his pleasant personality gave me the courage to deal with my bank effectively. The funds are credited back to my account after a week instead of 30 days as per bank advice.
