"Order not fulfilled"
In still waiting for a resolution to my complaint. Im not happy with the way it is being dealt with.
I ordered a white ipad and received a call to ask if I would be happy with black. I advised no, and was assured I would receive the white ipad in the next week or so. I received my parcel and to my horror was incorrectly sent the black despite specifying I didnt want this. I was told to return the black which I have done and was promised the white in time for Christmas. Im now being told 2 weeks after my return was accepted that you wont be getting the white ipad back in stock and I either have to settle for black or a refund, neither option im happy to accept as a resolution. I have been lied to for weeks and Im furious about this. Georgina also has ignored my request for a manager to contact me regarding my complaint. Not on!!!

I spoke to Jake. He was extremely kind and didn’t want me off the phone because it was 4:45pm. I purchased through Wowcher and he didn’t just tell me to contact them instead. He was extremely helpful and sent me a label and opened a ticket for me with Wowcher and is following my return through and I also purchased another one as he sent me a link to Wowcher’s other item that will last me through the GPS clock reset, which he wasn’t aware of and promised to look into. It was a pleasure speaking to him, not just for being happy to speak to me but because he is in a job that he is perfect for and as I said didn’t want to just get me off the phone to take the next call. Very impressed with the Customer Service at Renew Electronics and especially Jake. I hope all CS there are the same.
