"This company is trash"

This company is trash. As someone that has had Saluspa products before, this product seems like a kids toy. Cheaply made and the heat element can't keep the water hot even in a warm weather environment.

I did reach out as soon as I had the product and realized the quality was trash. I was told I could not return the product and that I was stuck with it. Now that I left a bad review you "want to help"?

People reading this, don't be tricked. This product is very low quality. Get your self a Saluspa instead. The quality is 10X better.

I was having issues getting my order that was on back-order. Tom, got back to me right away and was an amazing help! He found my order and got it coming to me quickly. I have been using Wave Spa USA for years, and they have great customer service!

"This is crazy"

This is crazy. It’s been almost 2 months of on going emails back and fourth. I contacted them as soon as I blew the damn thing up and it was deflated the next day. They refuse to do anything to help. I keep getting the run around. Keep being asked to send pictures. This is nuts if this isn’t taken care of by the end of this week I will be going to the BBB and filing a complaint with the attorney general.

"Really wish I had read reviews before…"

Really wish I had read reviews before purchasing, this has been 5 months of absolute hell. useless customer services. I'm now in the process of court for a refund as I received a faulty damaged unit staples in the base causing injury, heater unit after 2 uses doesn't work. I heard nothing from the company for 3 months then they want to asses the hot tub to determine weather I'm at fault or them to see if I'm entitled to a refund. When we all know as soon as they receive this back they will say and do everything they can to pass the blame just avoid this company at all cost.

"Amazing Product & Exceptional Customer Service!"

I recently purchased an inflatable spa from Wave Spas and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The spa is fantastic—easy to set up, comfortable, and a great way to relax at home. It has become a routine, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

But what really sets Wave Spas apart is their incredible customer service. I had a minor issue with the spa, and when I reached out for assistance, Paddy, Michael, Dom, and Tom were all extremely helpful. They were patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes made the entire experience stress-free.

I highly recommend Wave Spas—not just for the excellent quality of their products but also for their outstanding support team. Thank you, Wave Spas, for a wonderful product and exceptional service!

"Poor customer service!"

Pacific Wave Spa received in good working order. Within a few weeks the bubble jet, heating and filtration system stopped working. We contacted Wave to ascertain how these issues could be fixed via email, telephone and online chat facility. Ridiculous response times even to open communications and unable to speak to a person on the telephone. Customer service clearly does not exist. Escalated as a complaint which was subsequentely ignored. No complaints process on their website. Waited days/weeks each time for a response from the team only to ask the most basic of questions. Spoke to CAB who provided us with a template letter and instructions on how to report to Trading Standards. Despite all of this communications did not get better. Requested a chargeback from my bank which Wave have now disputed, providing only 1 email trail despite there being many many more. Further evidence supplied to the bank to ensure this is not cancelled. All we asked was for some communication on how to resolve the issues we were experiencing with our hot tub. Offers of a replacement unit seemed ridiculous considering it was all integrated and we had no idea how to do this. No further explanation was provided on whether an engineer would need to replace it was offered. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

"Worst Customer Experience Ever"

New Wave Tahoe recommended by their team was delivered in May. Every email takes two weeks or more to answer. Cover was losing insulation in a couple of weeks. Since then sent wrong thing twice, promised right part - was not sent at all. Do not have the cover any more (even though it is a new product) and they are not sending me a new skin either. Needed new groundsheet after 6 weeks - confirmed but never sent. Heater leaking since August - replacement sent, but no groundsheet so still no hot tub. I have had to send dozens of emails, photos and pointless videos with a two week wait for each response. One problem out of three sorted in 5 months, no working hot tub in the last two months. Promises of faster replies and resolutions not delivered on, even when the hot tub stopped working. Each email from their support team is like a momentous occasion as it offers the tiniest hope that the hot tub might just possibly be fixed, but no. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When it works the hot tub is very good but endless waiting for replies that dont fix the problems & just ask more questions is frustrating, stressful and upsetting. A terrible experience overall, sadly and I don't like leaving bad reviews but it seems right to warn other people what they are likely to experience. And still no working hot tub.

"Replacement Heater Unit"

Replacement Heater Unit
My heater unit tripped my electrics when first turned on for the summer, as it was out of warranty I paid for a repair and sent the unit back. I received a replacement unit but this also tripped my electrics when turned on, obviously a problem with a bad batch of heater units. Again I sent this back and have recently received a replacement that so far is working! This has been very time consuming but to be fair to Wave they committed to sorting out and have now got there!
