Had some early issues with getting something resolved, luckily Zoe stepped in and we now have a suitable replacement, which was better than expected. Response time was initially slow, but I guess this will be the hot weather affecting the increase in call/email volume. Very pleased with the resolution though!

"Wave foam walled hot tub"

Just purchased a foam walled wave hot tub. The hot tub build was very good, but the filter housing seems a lot more flimsy that my inflatable bestway tub. Pump seems a little more noisy than bestway hottub. Overall the tub excellent, but need to improve the accessories quality. No chemicals or floater. These cheap accessories could have been included. Considering this unit cost over £1000.

Hot tub had split on the seam on the Friday evening called and spoke to Paddy on the Monday Morning who was so helpful, sent in pictures etc and on the Thursday new hot tub arrived. Great service thank you Paddy. Would definitely recommend. 😊
