"Faulty product and staggeringly poor customer service"

The inflatable tub developed a fault within just 2 weeks and cannot be used. Have tried to contact customer services to resolve. After an initial response, I have been completely ignored. All subsequent emails have gone unanswered and there is no means of contacting anyone by telephone. Unless they may now be prompted to respond to me, I can honestly say this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would advise anyone considering purchasing products from this company to beware. The tub cost hundreds of pounds, lasted little more than 2 weeks and there is now no response whatsoever from them.

I have, since this review, finally been contacted by Wave and have been advised that a replacement tub will be sent to me. Assuming there are no further issues, I am grateful for the apology and for the proposed remedy. Thank you

Have to get all of my accessories from Wave Spas as they are perfect for all of your tub needs and don’t cost the earth. Whatever I’m looking for I always seem to get a great deal. Fast delivery makes it even better, will never shop elsewhere. 👍🏻😊

Can’t thank Wave enough put my order in with them and from the minute I paid to it being delivered they kept me up-to-date with the delivery. Will alway get my hot tub supply’s from them,

This is a great tub....while it lasts.

There is a very good reason they only give 6 month warranty....It WILL FAIL....and no replacement parts available to fix your investment.

The liner warps, bubbles and ultimately fails in a very short period of time.
Over £1000.00 for a home spa that once the liner inevitably fails....they offer NO REPLACEMENTS leaving you with an utterly useless item.

My Spa had total usage of less than 6 months, kept covered at all times in a sheltered gazebo, chemicals used diligently and packed away correctly over the winter. None of which prolonged it's life.
The exact same thing happens to everyone buying this model (see the Facebook group with 2500+ members).

Hopefully WaveSpa will see fit to suggest a more proactive solution than......sorry we dont have any....

Shame....it really is a lovely home spa....while it lasts.

Honest review. Just purchased the Wave Pacific 4 person square spa.
Customer service on messenger has been amazing. Answered my questions straight away and gave some really good advice.
This little beauty is amazing. Quick set up, easy to maintain and as yet not affecting our electricity. We have it low running and turn it up high for use around 5 times a week. Takes around 2 hrs for full heat. It's cosy for two people. Jets are good and strong.
I advise getting the starter pack and the internal protector to keep insulated and the mats and always advise an oil sponge.
Really would recommend and glad we purchased this one.

"Heater stopped working after two weeks…"

Heater stopped working after two weeks of purchase. Live chat constantly down. Eventual response after countless emails & voicemails to say they would replace the unit. However after a week still no update. Have now had to try get a refund through PayPal. Avoid this company as the customer service is appalling.

"I love this spa"

I love this spa. It was so fast and easy to set up.
I have enjoyed getting into it in the evenings after a days work. It is relaxing and helps with aching joints. Maintenance is also quite easy. The filter should be changed in accordance to manufacturer’s directions. I have recommended this spa to family and friends.
