"Positive experience all round"
At first I was a little dubious about inflatable hot tub, but since purchasing one from wave based on other customer reviews I can say I'm very happy indeed.
Very good quality,great value for money and excellent customer relations.
I would say that although you will get 4 people in the 4 person spa it would not be a comfortable as say 2-3 people. (Mostly leg room but I'm 6ft tall )
This being said it's ideal for what we wanted/need as a couple .

Last March I purchased a pacific from Wave and which was only used between April to August on the odd weekend here and there. This has already lost its shape and sunk in. I actually thought I had a puncture but after inspecting it, it became clear it’s just a poorly made product. Despite this, I decided to give wave another chance when seeing their new foam range, so I placed an order on May 29th for the new Garda. This looked like a perfect upgrade from the inflatable. The money was taken from my account straight away despite delivery being w/c 10th July.
The next day whilst divulging deeper into the reviews I noticed there were reviews from 5 years ago on this “new product” which is to be released w/c 10th July. I immediately emailed wave and requested a refund. Email sent 31st May 11:47. I later followed up with another email sent 13:15 asking wave why these reviews from 5 years ago were on this new product and also asking for other information regarding the product. I did not receive a reply so I called the customer service number and spoke to a lady who advised me that the reviews on the site “float around” so those reviews are on any product. The lady then replied to my email completely disregarding my refund request and saying I’m glad I could help you today with your query. I responded asking for a full refund and to cancel the order.
Yet again my email was ignored so on 2nd June at 08:47 I emailed again asking for confirmation of cancellation and a refund. I then called customer services and spoke to a man and again asked for a refund. He said he would do that immediately and the call ended. He never cancelled my order and I did not get a refund!
On 7th June I tried to call customer services but no one answered. I went to the online chat and spoke to Tom. For the 5th time I requested to cancel my order and be refunded. Tom Said yes I will arrange that now and the chat ended. Only then did they decided to respond to my email saying “I see tom has resolved this for you on the online chat.”
So, for the now 6th time, I responded saying yes he did say he was going to resolve it however, I still haven’t had confirmation my order has been cancelled and I still haven’t had a refund. Please advise when I will receive this!” This was on the 7th.
Yet again no response, no email confirmation that my order has been cancelled and I am still awaiting a refund for £1699.
It seams wave are fast to respond when you are about to purchase a product but they clearly are desperate not to cancel or refund and will ignore you and pretend they have cancelled your order for as long as possible!! 7 times I have asked to cancel this order which is not even due to be delivered until July. 7 times and they still have my money.
I have now opened a case with my bank and I am also today going to report this to the ombudsman.
This is also very disappointing as I really wanted to purchase their new range (once it had honestly been reviewed not with fake reviews) however I will never purchase from wave again. Fake reviews, awful customer service and thief’s.
UPDATE 22:04 08/06 I receive a notification to say my CANCELLED ORDER has been SHIPPED!!!!! 7 cancel requests over a week, yet it’s still been shipped!!!!!!
UPDATE 18/06 still waiting on a refund despite being told on the reviews response it has been processed!

The heater stopped working right away. Too many delays with customer service. Requested a full refund but haven't heard back. I do not recommend at all. Also, my name is NOT Ken. I am a female.
I needed time to take pictures because my husband and I both work full time. We did what they recommended, sent pictures, and the heater is not working at all. There was an error code for a little while, but that went away. It has been less than a year of ownership. We have only used it 3 times.
Still a terrible experience. They claim my part is not available to replace, so I have requested a full refund for my spa. We used it maybe 3 times before the issues began. I am still waiting to hear back from someone, but we all know how that goes. DO NOT BUY FROM WAVE. CASE4863 - "Order WSUS7892"

Customer service has a lot to be desired, also not having a direct phone number to complain isnt very helpful either.

Our hot tub lasted only one season. I have two holes and no heating. Constant beeping. I wrote two emails two which I had no reply. There is no phone number. After I have shared my experience on Facebook. I got this reply.
"When you were in touch previously, were you offered to buy one of our inflatable spa bodies? We do sell these as just replacements.
I'd also be happy to offer you 10% off this price. They normally sell at cost price, but I do appreciate how you may be feeling and would hope that could help a little bit."
Absolutely avoid ! Do not buy their products.
