"legos are high quality"

theres a lot of stupid and low effert parents saying "its so overpriced why cant it be cheap because i think that it should be" these people do not understand the quality and cost of abs plastick or legos sustanabilil use of plastick and fair pay of workers and that unlike cheap crappy toys that are cheap lego doesent use child labbor

Ich war und bin immer wieder sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität, den Aktionen, der Lieferung und vor allem dem Kundenservice. Denn wenn doch einmal Delle im Paket sein sollte oder die Lieferung etwas länger dauern sollte, habe ich innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten eine zufriedenstellende Lösung mit dem Kundenservice gefunden. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

"Am 16.01 bestellt "

Am 16.01. bestellt und wollte die Lieferadresse im Nachhinein ändern. Ich habe mich mit dem Kundenservice online in Verbindung gesetzt. Naja, das ging noch. Mir wurde versichert, das sich jemand mit mir in Verbindung setzen wird. Zwei Tage später. Es kam eine Email, darauf sollte ich Bestellnummer, Alte Adresse und neue Adresse angeben. Das habe ich gemacht. Hat nur nichts gebracht. Heute kam das Paket, natürlich an die alte Adresse. Zu der Qualität des Lego kann ich mich den anderen Rezessionen anschließen. Wir werden nicht mehr bei Lego bestellen.

"Horrendous missing bits"

Absolutely useless. 2 pieces missing. Lego is already WAY OVERPRICED!!
I didn’t want to get on the Lego band wagon of being ripped off for tiny bits of plastic. But succumbed for Xmas. Never again.
The fools in customer care well they got told what I thought they were in the numerous emails.
I must have sent 20 + emails with the code for both pieces. I received the same repetitive email from Lego!! ‘What are the codes’….. I ended up calling. They had the AUDACITY to say we’ll send them for free!! I said Don’t make it look like you’re doing Me A Favour!!!
You should be sending them free!! ITS UOUR INADEQUACIES IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
I’ve already paid over the odds for bits of plastic!! I don’t expect you to have missing pieces! Then experienced horrendous customer service!!
Never again will I buy Lego! Your company is a rip off

"Zweimal Paket verschickt ohne die…"

Zweimal Paket verschickt ohne die Hausnummer anzugeben. Paket kommt natürlich nicht an. Warte seid 4 Wochen auf das Paket. Jetzt kam eine Gutschrift über NULL Euro. Völlig unfähig. Kundenservice nicht zu erreichen. Rückmeldung dauert eine Woche.

"Des pièces manquantes pour un set à 450€"

Je suis très déçu par le service client de LEGO. Il me manque 7 pièces sur le set Chemin de Traverse Harry Potter, et malgré plusieurs réclamations depuis le 27 décembre, je n’ai reçu qu’une réponse le 13 janvier… pour une seule pièce. Cette pièce était censée être livrée il y a déjà deux jours, mais je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Aucune nouvelle non plus concernant les 6 autres pièces manquantes. Pour un produit aussi cher, ce niveau de suivi est inacceptable.

Paid over £230 for a new set that DPD delivered without a signature and was stolen from my parcel room.
Lego CS were great and have arranged for a new one to be sent free of charge. Great company, great service and personable.

"Poor quality control at Lego"

Poor quality control at Lego. Not just missing pieces but whole bags missing. Lego is not a cheap item to buy I would expect to get better than this. Ordered replacement parts on 31.12. Still not arrived. No option on website to order replacement bags so had to send an email. Response says next few days expect a response, that's the same message I got when I requested a replacement in Dec. Maybe all the spare parts are allocated to the programme Lego Masters and the mugs that pay full price are ignored. the set with the missing bag cost £179
