"I never use a shop that charges 50p…"

I never use a shop that charges 50p more than most places for 1 ltr of fresh milk. The only reason why they charge what they do, is because people are stupid enough to pay the price. Most of their stock is well over priced compared to other, more customer friendly convenience stores.

So my daughter went to collect her car from a car park beside spar Moredun Edniburgh which is not their car park only to find her car tyres were punctured as were about another 7 cars, it turns out it was the staff who did it and put stickers on the car windscreens saying in violation of parking regulations and were laughing at my daughter and the other people whose cars they criminally damaged. Now not only did these morons do what they did they did it to NHS staff all who worked in the hospital who had just finished there shifts. Police were called but these morons still thought it was funny! whats the chances of there cctv been turned off when they did it! Wonder how funny itll be when their cars meet the same fate! ABSOLUTE MORONS

If I could give zero star rate, I would. Staff not wearing masks or shields, they ALLOW some customers to wonder around without face coverings. When asked why? The response was "not my job" Disgusting!

Shockingly stupid staff not wearing face masks and allowing customers to do the same plus ludicrously high prices make this place a last resort. If I could give zero stars I would. Whole company needs replacing with Tesco express or literally anything else.

Used my local spar garage for fuel , the assistant refused to wear a mask as he wandered the store wiping his nose on his sleeve , he told me I didn’t need to shop there , took his advise and left , won’t be back it needs shut down

I visited the Ellesmere Port Services Spar by Rossmoor Ind Est a week ago for some lunch, I grabbed my food and walked up to the till where the cashier was standing there biting his nails! As he approached he took his fingers out of his mouth and grabbed my lunch, I let go and said forget it mate you've just had them fingers in your mouth, he snatched the food and muttered something at me, truly unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour, no apology or attempt to wash his hands then proceded to serve the next customer.
I complained to Spar and got a wishy washy response about how stores are set up in the UK, Spar don't care about Covid. Never will I step foot in one again.

The older staff in the Compton store are awful, they are miserable, constantly moaning, have terrible customer service skills, all praise to the younger staff, don't know how they put up with the older.

"Compulsory Masks In This Store...."

The sign on the door says 'Compulsory Masks In This Store' therefore I cannot and will not come in. What about the people with exemptions? Can they not come in now? I could not see anything to explain this. Most other shops do not have this sign. Also I have seen customers still queuing outside. Why is this, if the masks are so essential???!!. Sorry Spar I think you need to explain to the Government that they are now causing you to lose customers.
