I have to give this Co a 5 as they've been absolutely brilliant. The loan for my daughters eye surgery was processed in seconds, everything set up by them and all the information emailed to me really quickly. Couldn't fault that, or them. Unlike my bank who, after almost 40 tries to get a 1 time pass code to ok the deposit to Omni, still hadn't done it, two 2hr calls and they still hadn't fixed the fault on their end addint to what is a truly worrying time for any parent trying to save their daughters eyesight after she was so badly let down by what should be free health care, hence going private as a last resort to save her sight and thanks to this companies fast action I can pay for that without leaving myself struggling as I undoubtedly would have done. Also with the finance being 0%over the 10mths I'm paying it, that's just an added bonus and 1 I am incredibly grateful for. It makes a worrying time far less of a worry knowing I can afford any extras my daughter may need. Generous 0% is amazing. Cannot fault omni capital retail finance. They've helped us beyond words.
