"Total frustration"
I have received a loan offer for hospital treatment for which I am asked to set up a direct debit for repayments in favour of Omni. I cannot do this as they have not supplied details of a bank account to remit the funds.
I cannot contact them by telephone as their phone number is not functioning
I have received confirmation of the loan being approved but the email says" pre-contract credit agreement documents" are enclosed. They are not

I will like to thank Omni Capital for the missed payment recorded on my file after they gave reassurance that this would not happen.
To add salt to my wound this was after I had paid off the balance of £4999 taken out on my behalf by Learning People
And it is known by Omnicapital that I was scammed by Learning people
Thanks to you I now have what is considered adverse credit which could impact me when I try remortgage in 2 years for a better rate.
So I paid almost £5000 for nothing and gained a missed payment on my credit file.

If I could do more then 5 stars believe me I would, story cut short I have been a victim of fraud the last few days and the bank was no help, they had me calling back and forth. Tyler Cherry the man I was speaking to and explained everything to helped so much with this situation, explained better then my silly nationwide bank did and made everything clear, I told Tyler he should work for a bank as he clearly knew more then they did.
Taking everything in what Tyler had said the bank actually took me seriously and has now finally started an investigation for me to hopefully get Omni capitals money back!!! Thank you so much Tyler, the stress I have been feeling the last few days aswell as just getting out of hospital that help was needed!!
