But the rest of the application was straight forward

Excellent financial work from Omni Capital. Application was straight forward and easy to complete. No problems in setting it up. Everything was clearly explained by Julija @SmileStudio, (who also did excellent work) and proceeded exactly as planned. Direct Debits were collected each month on the date agreed and I even got a notice of completion once the monies were paid back. Would definitely borrow from this company again. Very happy and Thanks for the help 😁

You guys work with fraudsters such as FUTURE FIT TRAINING guaranteeing them full payment for something they don’t deliver and then selling the contract to debt collectors. Why I have to pay BW LEGAL after you guys knowing what time of company you are offering your service to ?

If you had asked me 12 hours ago I would have given 2 stars as the application process was very easy but have been unable to speak with a person unless it was an email!!! I had been in constant contact with Omni as had found it difficult to make payments and did not feel I was getting anywhere until today. I rang today and was not sure what to expect but got a lovely girl on the phone (Amber) who I had been emailing back and fourth with for a while to discuss my financial situation. From the many people I spoke to she was kind and considerate and made me feel even though I was experiencing financial difficulty that I still had power over my finances which I have not felt for a long time. I just want to say thank you to Omni and Amber for letting me enjoy Christmas and wish everyone at Omni a happy new year!!!

The link "click here" did not work for me and entailed many emails back and forth. Eventually when it came to finalising the agreement I spoke to someone who did prove very helpful. Must admit I almost gave up on the whole process, it was not stress free.
