My balance is already 0 but they are still taking money from my account. So even such a company has to be watched because they will continue to collect. I do not recommend this company. Thank you

Do not use this lending company. They behave like loan sharks. They use their ability to damage your credit score to extract money that is not owed to them. They are gaming the system, knowing that they can go after you for small amounts that are not owed to them - which makes any legal defence disproportionately expensive; whilst the FCA takes ages to respond and take action.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
