I hate to leave a negative review- but my experience with Velorution (after payment was seamlessly processed 😉), has been my worst ever internet purchase. No answer to telephone calls or emails when they failed to despatch my bike, to meet the DPD delivery date they had generated. After a bike arrived 5 days late, I discovered the wrong size had been sent and without the suspension seat post or specified saddle for the model?! Having given up on the online store, thank goodness I found Amélie at the Hackney branch who has taken responsibility, provided me with ongoing communication and tried to resolve the issue. I have still to receive my order (2 weeks after ordering an in stock bike!?), but Amélie has been in touch today to say the team are preparing it for despatch. I hope it arrives very soon, and as specified, because I cannot bear to think how awful receiving a refund might turn out to be. If it hadn’t been for the good service provided by Amélie (the one star ⭐️) ..... I would already be able to review the refund process too! I think Velorution should maybe stick to in-store sales to avoid damaging their reputation as a business.
UPDATE- Whilst it is fair to say my internet shopping experience with Velorution was awful- the company did eventually supply me with a lovely bike which I am more than happy with! 👍

How did you do? Very poorly. 2 weeks and order has still not arrived. I have contacted you by phone only to be told by an automatic message to send an email to the order mailbox. 1 week and no response. Easy to blame everything on COVID, BUT very poor experience. Very unlikely to use again!!

"I was not impressed with their service"
I was not impressed with their service. I ordered on line and after a week had not heard from the company. I called and they said they may have one in store and they would get back to me. They got back to me and informed me that they had one and they would send it out in a couple of days. I then received an email informing me I could pick the helmet up. Eventually the helmet arrived in the wrong box. Not impressed

Waited for my goods to appear and after too long a period my money is returned saying there had been an order placed and there were stock issues
It would be appropriate to offer me some other form of product.

Had abit of a mix up with my order but the customer service team out did themselves to resolve it. Even during this pandemic the velorution team gave quick service to get my package to me.
