They were very kind and refunded (promptly) my accidental second purchase of a helmet and Andy also got in touch and apologized when they hadn't sent a tracking number.
I appreciated the email he sent and would definitely look at purchasing from them again because I now know I can trust them when there are problems and when mistakes are made they fix them.
Communication is important when you are buying from the other side of the world and can't just pop in to a store to sort things out.

I ordered a specialist part from Velorution, a Gates sprocket. The item was listed as being £20 cheaper in other overseas shops, but as this is a UK based company whose site listed the item as 'in stock' it made sense to order it from them. 2 days after I ordered I was told the part was being 'dispatched from the manufacturer in Germany'. I wrote to the address left on the dispatch email asking the company to change how they labelled their goods as the product they sold was in no way 'in stock' but received no reply. I received 3 reminders to rate them on trust pilot though, so here goes.

I bought an ebike from Velorution exactly a year ago today. I had numerous issues with the bike over the past 12 months, took the bike back, the staffs at Great Portland Street store listened and on the case straight away.
Brilliant after sale service and professional, I know where I will go for my next eBike!

I ordered a porteur rack that is unavailable in Australia. Despite the distance, it arrived quickly and safely packaged. Placing the order on the website was very straightforward. A lot of overseas shops don't ship to this part of the world, so I am very happy to have a resource like Velorution.
