"The worst service Ive had in ages"
I initially ordered my bag which said i had ordered and will be with me soon. A week went by and I had no update on the order so I contacted velorution. They said my bag wasn’t in stock and that they would send me a similar bag if i wanted....I agreed. No confirmation of delivery.... 2 days went by ..nothing, so I contacted them they said they would sort it I asked the gent on the phone how will I know its been sent? He said they will send an email. I didn’t receive anything again. Another day went by I contacted them again they said they didn’t know what had happened and immediately got to it that day I received confirmation, this is the kind of service I should of had at the very beginning . This is the first time I’ve bought through them it will almost certainly be the last....terrible service!!

"One month and no bike!"
I’ve had a really bad experience with Velorution.
I ordered a bike online with them over a month ago and haven’t received it yet.
In that time there have been multiple delays in shipping the bike; and after several weeks it was finally due to be delivered to me only for it to “disappear” somewhere in their Enfield warehouse.
Roger in their Essex Rd shop has been really helpful but he only got on the case a few days ago; apart from him the customer service has been pretty terrible, especially for such an expensive item; the lack of information on where the bike is and when it’s being delivered has been hugely frustrating (I took time off work after getting a delivery confirmation email from them only for the bike to never arrive - and then be “lost” somewhere). I am not a complainer generally, but in all the many experiences I’ve had in ordering online over the years this is sadly the worst!
