"Disappointed with the two bikinis…"
Disappointed with the two bikinis purchased on Net a porter, after one day of wearing both bikinis the elastic started showing through the seams and all the edges frayed. This happened on each item.
Gutted because I love the style but quality is quite shocking.

"The quality of these bikinis are very poor"
The quality of these bikinis is unfortunately very poor. The bottoms and tops frayed within one wear, the colour has faded (even with me carefully handwashing with no detergent).
When i complained to Hunza G they didnt offer a refund, however they sent me a new bikini.....the new bikini has also frayed on the seam. Very poor quality for an expensive product.

"Can’t remove basic stains"
Bought a white swimsuit and a white dress from Hunza G. Wore some fake tan which always comes off my other clothes but wouldn’t come off the 2 hunza g items when I washed. Wrote to Hunza G customer service to ask about the best way to remove the stains and was told the fabric doesn’t allow for stain remover and basically there was no solution. So now after spending +350 dollars, I can’t wear either item again. Do not recommend for such expensive items.

Bought Xandra Duo 2 weeks ago wore on holiday once and it started unraveling.
Didn’t have much hope after reading trustpilot but decided to email them with picture anyway. Within 48 hours they apologized and offered a replacement but the duo is sold out.
I called them this morning to check colours and stock options - staff member Amber was amazing she took time to check stock out with colours available. 2 min phone call and my replacement with new colour was sorted. It isbeing dispatched as we speak just had confirmation email!

"Bought the Hunza G bikini from Harvey…"
Bought the Hunza G bikini from Harvey Nichols. After ONE wear, lying on a sunbed in Greece last week, it already started to fall apart at the seams by lunchtime. The elastic is coming out, the seams opening. It cost £154. Here is the email I sent to Harvey Nichols below. Under consumer rights act 2015 for online goods they should be at least fit for the purpose you bought them for: so this is swimwear and clearly not good for either swimming OR sunbathing! it's a useless, expensive piece of stretchy cloth that falls apart straight away.
"The Hunza G bikini started falling apart at the seams on the first wear. I have only worn it twice last week on holiday and now it is unwearable it is so fault ridden. It is not fit for purpose even to lie still on a sun-bed or walk to lunch with a kaftan on! I swim in a triathlon swimsuit so I only bought this for sunbathing not swimming (for which I’m sure it would be equally useless to be honest). The elastic is coming out at the seams, and it is falling apart. I normally wear Solid + Striped bikinis and they have lasted years, including swimming in the occasional pool.
It’s already got seams undoing and the inside is fraying. I haven’t even owned it for 3 weeks. Obviously it is not fit for its usual, normal and reasonable purpose as swimwear.
I would like to return this item for a refund, as it is clearly faulty or damaged and I cannot use it for it’s intended use as a bikini and cannot be worn as such, it is not fit for purpose and is faulty. The Consumer Rights Act means any products I buy online must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. This bikini is none of these and I am requesting a full refund including postage. Thank you."

Two stars as it is a gorgeous swimsuit but it frayed after an hour wearing it! Really poor quality which is not what you expect from a £155 swimsuit! I bought it from Selfridges so engaging with them for a refund. Really disappointed as it was gorgeous (for the initial 5 mins) Improve the quality please Hunza G!

First time I've worn mine on holiday in south of France and it frays st edges and top doesn't stay on when swimming. Will go back to Missoni.

"Hunza G replaced stretched swimsuit"
I loved my Hunza G swimsuit in terms of the style and feel and had endless compliments on it on socials and in person, as well as sending many people to the website. However, on holiday this week I went for a swim and then lay on my stomach on a towel to read on a shingle/pebble beach.I Less than an hour later I got up and three or four pebble-sized (3 or 4 inches wide) thin patches had appeared in the swimsuit where it had stretched out over pebbles beneath the towel. Customer service have agreed to replace the swimsuit, for which I am grateful

"I ordered a bikini last Friday from…"
I ordered a bikini last Friday from their webpage, and since then no news about shipping.
On their web page it says they will ship within 1 business day.
I regret I did not check out at Trustpilot before shopping with them.
I have now sent them 3 emails but no one is answering. If I will not hear anything today I will contact Pay Pal!
