"I orderd my Hunza G Bikini two months…"

I orderd my Hunza G Bikini two months ago on Mytheresa. The quality is so bad! The threads hang on the bottom and also the top.

"Great swimsuit but no support"

Firstly really lovely styles, fab colour palette,
and great customer service. After reading a few blogs for the best DD+ swimwear, I had really high hopes and was excited to try this brand. The square-neck swimsuit I ordered sadly had no support and personally didn’t work for me. I also found that the swimsuit was also see through in places, think this was down to the colour, I went for a light shade. The swimsuit is as great quality otherwise and I’m disappointed it didn’t work for me. I’m keeping everything crossed in the future they will launch a range with more support!

"Horrible Quality and Bad Customer Service."

Hunza G provided me the incorrect item. I emailed them several photographs, and they confirmed that the return could go ahead (as it should). Only after they received the package did they withdraw the return. Claiming  that the item was not in sellable condition, despite the fact that it had never been worn and all of the tags were still intact. I've been accused of providing false information and have yet to receive a phone call or email response in the past week. They keep trying to return the item, but I don't want something I didn't pay for nor want. I just want my money back.

All of this, in addition to the fact that these swimsuits are way too small (I'm a size 10) and terrible quality. Their customer service is atrocious, and I'm really disappointed with the hostility I've received. I'm sure they'll pretend to be empathetic in their response here, but I will use these countless bad reviews to make my case.

"Terrible Quality - fraying already"

I've had a really bad experience with the quality of the bikini I ordered. I purchased it from Farfetch and wore the item once about 2 months after I purchased it. It was immediately fraying and I had bits of string hanging out of the bikini top and bottom, considering how much I paid for the bikini I would not expect this to happen. And I imagine the stitching won't last very long with this happening. I contacted Farfetch who said that Hunza G were unable to refund the item which is an absolute joke. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Hunza G bikini at the price they are charging however nice they look

"Wearing hunza g all summer long"

My hunza g swimsuit is actually the best swimsuit i ever owned. it is absolutely beautiful and super comfortabel. The quality of the fabric is perfect and the colors are just like on the pictures.
If you're looking for your new favourite summer-piece - at hunza g you will find it.
Also the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

"Poor Quality - Not Worth the Money - Bad Customer Service"

The strap snapped on my swimsuit after only two weeks of use, yet Hunza G are refusing to refund me or replace the item. Given that these items are expensive, this is really disappointing. The quality of the product is not reflected in the price. I will never purchase from this brand again.

"Bloat friendly and looks amazing!"

The sizing is amazing for anyone who struggles with bloating! I have Endometriosis which causes my tummy to bloat really badly, and these are the only swimsuits I have that look good/fit comfortably no matter how my tummy is!

"Love this brand"

Love this brand, as a bigger chested girl who struggles to find supportive swimwear I love their swimsuits. Worth the extra money and the customer service team have been fantastic in dealing with my queries.

Would recommend.

"Poor quality"

I bought a bikini via their website, which I had to exchange a number of times for various reasons - including the colour of the bottoms being a different shade to the top and the bikini bottoms being poorly constructed and not reflective of the shape shown on their website.

I persisted and when I eventually received a set I was happy with, it did not have the longevity/cost per wear I was hoping for given the price. After a couple of wears, the seam came undone on the top, revealing the elastic. Then, just a year (and only two holidays later), a patch of crinkle on the top pulled and became loose, making it unwearable.

To note - I am a size 8 and bust size 32C so this wasn't a matter of a poor fit.

Don't be drawn in by their Instagram marketing - sadly, the quality just really isn't there.

"The fabric of my swimsuit totally came…"

The fabric of my swimsuit totally came apart despite following all of the care instructions. They’re now unwearable…I contacted Hunza G customer care and they said there’s nothing they can do…for $270AUD I’m pretty disappointed! Won’t be buying again.
