"Super bummed"

Super bummed, as I ordered two calendars from them. One of them was great, and the other was completely wrong, people's heads cut off and whatnot. I have e-mailed customer service 3-4 times to get this corrected, and have heard nothing. All I want is my project corrected, but they have ignored me to this point.

"Stolen Money"

I places an order for tile prints of over $100 on Black Friday. The website promised delivery before Christmas and scheduled it to arrive by December 9th. It still has not arrived as of Jan 7th. Customer service stopped responding to my emails and UPS told us they never received the package. This company has done horrible at engaging with customers to correct their mistakes

"If I could give 0 I would"

If I could give 0 I would. Avoid this company like the plague. Photo prints were an awful quality and colours were insipid. I didn’t receive my photo calendars either for Christmas. Order was placed on 19th December for the calendars and still not arrived. So disappointed and such a total waste of money which I needed.

"Fishy, Maybe Phishy Experience; Feeling Scammed"

Let me first preface, I do not write reviews as I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my use and engagement with this company but has been nothing short of feeling (likely being) scammed. Someone used deplorable as an adjective, I second that! Printerpix should ultimately be ashamed of their business practices and lack of sincere and personal customer service experiences and resolutions.... which there are "none". I did not use a voucher or coupon as many have referenced, I paid full price of $70+ for a calendar (yep, a calendar!), and I paid an additional $16.99 or $19.99 for expedited shipping, and still have yet to receive what was supposed to be a special holiday gift for my father. After multiple communications by email (4-5) and an inability to reach anyone by phone, the auto response with the same person's name on it "Hanna Mae" is returned immediately with a fake/scam-like link. The link goes nowhere and to a blank screen. Since my order was placed 18-20 days ago, below is the message in the tracking section of my order:

Your parcel has been passed onto the courier. You will receive further updates once your package is out for delivery.

I won't hold my breath! This is the first, and last, time I'll be using this service. I'll also be reporting them to the BBB, and challenging my charges that of course were immediately charged on the day of my order. I highly, highly, highly suggest you not use this online service.

"DO NOT USE!"

DO NOT USE!! Used the UK company and sent 1 picture from a 14 picture order. I then re ordered as was desperate to receive before Xmas, paid the extra postage cost with guarantee of Christmas delivery, have only just received (Jan 7th). Photos are dull and poor quality as well and to top it off they don't reply to any emails when you question why you've not received your order and ask for a refund. Absolute con merchants! In all I'm out over 30 quid for 15 terribly printed photos

"Unreliable"

I received a Groupon to use this service. I ordered a canvas photo print. I was sent an email stating that the print had shipped but the tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to the company they were not helpful. That chat function glitched. I did get one email from them but subsequent communication from me went ignored and I have never received either the picture or a refund. Would not work with this company again.

"Estafa"

Ayer realicé un pedido y en el momento del pago me daba error. Me han cobrado dos veces el pedido y no aparece en ningún sitio que se haya efectuado. No hay forma de contactar con ellos ni localizar el pedido, por lo que parece que es una estafa. Ya he hablado con mi banco para realizar una denuncia contra la empresa.

"Stunning photo book experience!!"

This was my first time using printerpix and i didn't know much about the company. It was also my first time creating a photo book like this. It was a little hard to figure it out and took me a long time to get it where i wanted it all (uploading the photos was kind of a pain, but got there in the end!). After i submitted it and was waiting, i started reading some reviews... which made me very nervous then, as there were a number of bad reviews on there about the quality of pics. I was absolutely floored though when my book came- it turned out absolutely beautifully!!! The pictures were clear and crisp, it all looked amazing and exactly as I'd laid it out (no cropping or alterations, except maybe even better/ clearer!). Everyone was very impressed, and my husband loved his gift!!! This will definitely be a keeper on our coffee table! Thank you for great service, i definitely recommend!!!

"Ordine mai ricevuto"

Vorrei dare 0 stelle ma non è possibile. Ho ordinato 5 calendari a inizi dicembre che avrei dovuto regalare a natale ma ad oggi (7 Gennaio) non li ho ancora ricevuti. Ho scritto più volte al servizio clienti i quali mi hanno risposto una sola volta dicendo che avrbbero verificato. Ora non so più a chi rivolgermi per avere la restituizione dei soldi che ho pagato. Pessimo servizio - mai più
