Avoid. Scam website. Completely missed delivery deadline. Asked to cancel my order and they sent it anyway. Print quality is like a dot matrix printer from the 90’s.

It was easy to create ... purchased during the holiday season so it didn't arrive on time - had a few issues where it said it was shipped, but UPS said they didn't pick up yet - couldn't get a yes or no it was picked up from Printerpix, but assuming they were overwhelmed with Christmas Gifts getting out the door ... otherwise it was a great transaction ... would definitely purchase from again - the end product was perfect!

"No delivery before Christmas, no answers to emails"

My order has not been delivered. I received an apology not dec 23. I sent and email to the address provided and have put in two tickets looking to see when it will be delivered. I have not heard anything. There is no way to contact a representative on your website even though it states that you have live customer support. I just want an answer as to when my order will be fulfilled and shipped. It’s it can’t be than please refund

"Order late and wrong, poor contact no resolution"

I placed an order in plenty of time for Christmas. When I recieved no confirmation of shipping in the timescale specified I chased. Just got a generic reposnse and then my order was sent, the order was wrong. I recieved 3 picture but I had ordered 135 pictures. This is even clear from the email re shipment compared with order confirmation. Obviously no quality check. I have tried emailing about this and created a chat/support request on numerous occasions and just getting no further forward. Cost me in effect about £22 a print at this stage!! AVOID!!!!!

The print quality was good but received no response about cancellation. There is no customer service phone number so when I realised I wanted to cancel my order 10 minutes after placing it (I realised the edges were going to be cut off), I filled in a ticket but I have still received no reply. Since then I have sent two emails but instead my order was just sent to me so don't have high hopes regarding getting the refund.

Trotz mehracher Mails an das Unternehmen habe ich keinerlei Reaktionen erhalten. Die Ware wurde mittels Express-Lieferung bestellt und kam bis heute nicht an. Die leeren Versprechungen der ersten Bewertungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Auf der Website des Anbieters gibt es keinerlei Kontaktdaten. Die einzige Mailadresse wird offensichtlich nicht bearbeitet. Ich kann hier nur dringend vor jeglicher Bestellung warnen.

[UPDATE] Die Antwortmail von "Joey" ist eine Standardnachricht. Es kam nie zu einer Kontaktaufnahme, auch reagiert weiterhin niemand auf meine Mails.

"Suspicion d'arnaque "

Délai de fabrication et d'expédition scandaleusement trop long. Ne commandez pas sur ce site. Le service client est inexistant, juste bon à adresser une lettre bateau qui dit que la commande est en cours voire même expédiée alors que ce n'est pas le cas. 13 jours après la commande n'est toujours pas arrivée.....

La commande est finalement arrivée le 16 janvier soit 1 mois après l'avoir validée. Et je reçois encore de leur part une réponse type sur trustpilot certainement rédigée par Chatgpt. Dans leur réponse il n'ont même pas remarqué que la commande était finalement arrivée, ils proposent de revenir vers moi pour trouver une solution, ahurissant...Je confirme donc que Printerpix est à fuire, sans compter la mauvaise qualité d'impression... Si j'avais eu un aperçu du calendrier, je ne l'aurais certainement pas commandé, à l'écran tout était parfait... À bon entendeur

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I ordered a photo book from Printerpix on 12/18/24 with the shipping option that promised delivery by 12/24/24. Today is 1/02/25, and I still haven’t received my order. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone, but all I got was a recording with no way to speak to a real person. Finally, I managed to chat with an agent on WhatsApp, but they just told me it had shipped and that there was nothing they could do.

When I asked for tracking info, they gave me a FedEx tracking number that still shows only a label was created—FedEx never even received the package! This company is completely unreliable, and it feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and avoid Printerpix at all costs!

Commande passé en express le 17 décembre pour une couverture personnalisée ! Le 21 ma commande est en préparation ! Depuis plus rien !!!! Commande toujours pas reçu, même pas un message qui indique qu’elle est était envoyé ! Grosse arnaque !
