Ordered for a Christmas present. Website read as if it would arrive in time so upgraded delivery for the working days. Haven’t received any emails since to say it’s been shipped yet.
I emailed and got a standard response with a tracking link and my order number. Order number doesn’t work in the tracking link and says it’s invalid.

12 days after ordering and appreciate Christmas and new year are not working days but to not even have confirmation of the shipping is a joke. Will not use again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Received package weeks late, all information I received about delivery date was incorrect. Package was to arrive five days before Christmas and arrived days after.

Ordered a month ago and still have not received prints. Given INVALID tracking number and have emailed Hannah Mae multiple times regarding this order/Order Number: 64518353. Worst customer service of ay photo print company used.

Having ordered a photo Calendar during the 3rd week of November, initially I was pleased with their service when it appeared my auto-filled address hadn't worked so Royal Mail were unable to deliver it and returned it to Printerpix. I contacted the company immediately after finding this out and they eventually responded, telling me how much they valued my custom and they were commited to customer service, promising to send a replacement. On 11th December they emailed to tell me the replacement had been sent. Here we are on 2nd January with still no calendar. I have contacted them numerous times hand have finally requested a refund. Again, this has been ignored. I have now put the matter in the hands of my bank who have kindly agreed to investigate and have refunded my payment.

I absolutely love my calendar! It was my first time using this website. I make calendar every year with Walgreens. But I am for now on getting calendars from Printerpix. I crated the big calendar for my family and we love it.

While I was thrilled with my first order, this second order is not satisfactory. I ordered 10 calendars and they printed too dark, especially the May image of the Northern Lights. Considering the fact that this was only my second order and there is already inconsistency, I doubt that I will place any future orders. Now I'm out $200+, which makes me quite upset.
