I have been dealing with Rockwell for 8 month and I am very comfortable at this point with the assistance they have been providing. At I was not sure what to expect but after the process was underway, things are moving along. The customer/client service team is very helpful, each time I call my experience is more pleasant and service has been very supportive in explaining the status of my account.

"When will the collection call STOP!"
I started making payments on Dec 2017. I was told that my creditors would be taken care of (another words I would not be receiving any more collection calls) after making 6 payments.
Well this month (July) would be my 8th payment, and I’m still getting many collection calls.
I hope I didn’t get scammed!!

I was in the program for few months. I lost my job and had to leave the program and get a refund and that's when it got so bad. First they canceled my membership with them. Told me in seven business days I'd get my refund they said full amount. Then after 8 I called they said it may take another day because one day was a holiday, so okay. Called two days later they said ooo nobody put a refund in sorry now its gonna be seven days later from now. 8 days later called again they said something went wrong well push it through to our manager then he said it should be in three days. Three days later got refund for 0.02 % of my money they had. Called and they said that's what was in your savings now we have to write a check out manager will call you in few days. Few days past called and they said o he'll call you tomorrow morning so next day afternoon called and had to get his manager so now I'm talking to them and they said I'll only get 80% what I put in because they sent out letters and that's it so they keep 20%. I said whatever I just want my money. Now waiting for a refund and its been over a month since I canceled my membership. So if I get my refund when they said I should it took 47 days to get a refund because will post my job. Yep because having to wait 47 days for MY money is reasonable. I also had to harass the manager to get this car with them because he wouldn't answer or call me at all so had to keep calling over and over until I finally got what I wanted a refund. Best part is he always says same thing. "Who is this? Have we spoken before?" like yeah multiple times I'm the guy you keep holding my money from me.
All I have to say is do business with someone else these people are scammers and horrible people.

I realized I was fading fast and could not continue working full time as an RN. Then on top of all these changes and the need to go part time as I approached retirement, I knew I was in trouble. I could not pay off my bills as I had been working full time. Finally, due to 2 illnesses I was done. I am so glad that I was able to consolidate my debt with Rockwell Legal Group. I consider myself a responsible person but found myself owing more than I want to admit. My retirement plans changed rapidly, no fault of my own. Now,I am paying off my debt responsibly, thanks to Rockwell Legal Group.

I was given a call letting me know that there was a settlement with one of my accounts. This account was the first one for me that has settled and I was not really sure what the procedure was. The gentlemen I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt some relief knowing that one account settled even though I have numerous ones that still are being worked. The experience I have had so far has been very pleasant and I look forward to having everything paid off. Thanks for all of your help.
