Received a delivery today to LE67. Delivery driver very polite, checked name, very polite. AA*.

Still waiting for the delivery after a weeks time of the supposed time it should arrive and no updates from them. I will be travelling shortly and not able to take the gift with me.

Just dropped on the doorstep. No door bell ring, no knocking, just dumped it and left. Busy tourist high street. Luckily neighbour saw it and informed us, otherwise I doubt it would have been there for long!
Really Whistl, up your game. Complaint gone to seller!!! Again!!

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. Nothing ever received and they told me that because I am the receiver (not the seller) they can't give me any information in regards to my order.

I give it one star because, Whistl is unreliable with my orders because I've ordered it, it is supposed to come on the 26th of July 2022 It hasn't come Whistl is a crap company.

An order from Amazon arrived two days early. Good, you might think. I actually got the package two days later when I dropped into the shop around the corner where I had requested delivery to be made. Whistl never advised me of delivery. Their fncking useless tracking isn't end-to-end.

Total rubbish. Failed to turn up several times and then finally delivered when I was on holiday. How do worthless organisations like this stay in business?

Completely useless. Must be a company run by complete buffoons without a braincell between them. Didn't deliver my parcel, never updated the tracking on my parcel, and will probably never tell me what happened to my parcel. Would highly recommend you avoid using this "delivery service".
