Dreadful company - please don't use - because if you have any issues they just don't care and you cannot speak to the after sales team (One person) e-mail only communication and he takes him days to get back to you and not very helpful.
Issue still not resolved and this is 5 weeks :(.
I should have read all the bad revives before using and I would have not used.

Was a bit wary at first because of the low price but glad I took the chance. Mattress really deep and comfortable and fast delivery too which was a bonus. Great Bed for a great price, will definitely buy from them again

Dreadful service. Bought a mattress over the phone (price matched) and when it arrived on the wrong day it was ripped with a big oil stain. We refused delivery. No receipt sent or emailed to us. Contacted the company 6 times over 4 days to ask for an email receipt and written acknowledgement of my order cancellation. 6 times they lied and said they had sent it, then said they could not send it as it had to come from their purchasing dept. A week later no emails or letters received. No assurance as to refund, so dispute raised with credit card company. Totally untrustworthy company. Avoid at all costs.

Did not deliver on the next day delivery service. So I cancelled the order lost time off work.Ignore my e-mail's and took a while to get my money back.NOT TO BE TRUSTED

"This is the worst service I've ever…"
This is the worst service I've ever had! I paid for a Saturday delivery and didn't receive my goods and I still can't see a refund for the £35 charge. Delivery was then changed to Tuesday and again failed to deliver. I have now received my bed with no draws. The bed was supposed to have 4 drawers. I understand people make mistakes but come on guys 3 errors on 1 order is terrible service should be 0 stars!
