My experience with Ascot wholesale has been very good. I have made 3 purchases. The variety to choose from was wide, and the prices were sensible. Delivery was fast. On one occasion my delivery had one broken wine glass - this was replaced immediately without any fuss.

I could even give 1 star bad costumers service and they took 50£ for restock refund items whic is it wasn’t my fault they send me wrong size soucer.. I refund them as a I recive but they still charge me 50£ for refund avoid avoid avoid

Ordered some glasses, turns out they were out of stock, but a week later there was no communication from the customer service team and they refused to let me speak to a manager. Brought a business to a standstill! Terrible terrible customer service!

"Placed an order on 16th December"
Placed an order on 16th December, received no response to emails chasing, and only got an answer when I called (22nd Jan).
The item had been out of stock with the supplier, and I honestly don't think I would have received the order at all if I hadn't followed up.
I was offered 10% off my next order which I certainly won't be taking them up on.

"Avoid these useless suppliers"
This must be one of the worst suppliers on the planet.
Their website stated goods in stock, when they weren't, when they did finally arrive they were wrong and we were told that they had the code on their system.
I'm amazed that they are still trading judging by their other reviews as well.

"DREADFUL. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!"
I ordered on 6/7/18 a box of shot glasses . 10 days later nothing received, other than order confirmation. No dispatch notice, no shipping details, no correspondence whatsoever. I called customer service to enquiry as to the whereabouts of my order, was told it’s in stock but not sure why it hasn’t been sent . Then told it’s only just come in , will be sent today and you should receive next day or day after. Still nothing after 3 days. Called again, only to be told I had been misinformed and the item would be sent the next day . They then called back to say my item had been delivered the previous day ! And the courier had left it in my shed. I informed the caller that I don’t have a shed , so who’s shed have they left it in ?! Eventually I am given an address where it has been left and asked to go and collect . I make 4 attempts to collect but never able to catch anyone home at the delivery address. Ascot then say they will get the courier to pick up and redeliver but this will take another 5 days ( as over a weekend) in the meantime I have left a note at the property where my package is supposed to be located and very kindly the people delivered to me over the weekend. Once I have my parcel I realise that it was actually delivered by the courier correctly. ASCOT have the totally wrong address on my parcel , no surname and the wrong contact number despite being provided with all the correct information for correct delivery. This has cost me severL phone calls, various trips to try and locate my parcel and all ASCOT could say was I was lucky I got it back !!!!! And obviously the warehouse packer must have been in a dream the day he packed my parcel. REALLY, REALLY REALLY - how do you ever get repeat custom. I would not use again , and I would highly recommend you stay clear to unless you like a lot of aggravation.

"Awful service"
Placed order, no mention of anything out of stock. Two days later no dispatch so emailed them, they replied saying one item out of stock so it would be dispatched the next week. I asked to cancel as needed sooner, they said they ship the in stock items to come next day. I ordered out of stock item elsewhere then received an email from Asco saying they told me the wrong item was out of stock. I replied saying not to ship the item I’d reordered elsewhere, this was ignored. I emailed asking them to collect the unwanted item and they said I’d have to pay return postage. Email stating dissatisfaction ignored. I’ve also been charged for the item they didn’t ship, hopefully that will get refunded...will stick to nisbets in future

"AVOID AVIOD AVOID"
I made the mistake of not listening to these reviews on trustpilot to my better judgement, i wish i had. Placed my order, apparently they tried to attempt delivery 3x, at this point the reason I found this out is because I called to say, 'hey wheres my order'. Now I'll be honest the person on the phone was very helpful in finding out information and letting me know. Now lets pay attention to the delivery service, they did not attempt to call me once, to say we tried to deliver, I never got a 'sorry we missed you' card through my letterbox either, if i hadnt called I would have had no idea. But that isnt even the problem!
I called back to say I cannot be home for a family emergency and dont know when I'll be back, I couldnt find a housesitter so I thought Id call up, cancel the order, and reorder again when I'm back (which i explained could be over a month as im not in the city). I was then informed, that IF I CANCELLED I WOULD BE CHARGED to restock the item. I thought it was a joke, oh but no it wasnt. They said its in the terms and conditions. Every company that i have ordered from/ worked with etc, always outlines any charges may that occur, not Ascot. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY. I was told i would be CHARGED 25% of my order if i cancelled.
At one point i was also told, AFTER 3 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS THE ITEM WILL BE SENT BACK AND RESTOCKED SO YOU WILL BE CHARGED! I was never notified of delivery fails to begin with, I was never called or emailed, I never received an email to say your item is on its way. please don't put yourself in a bad position because you think it wont happen to you, these reviews are here for a reason. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I tried to save £12 because I'm on very low budget trying to grow my business, and everything would have been ok if they notified my they were delivering, I would have appreciated honesty from a company and outline the charges, not write it in the small terms and conditions. They gave a whole load of excuses, but if there is no sympathy, or apology on their part, its obvious, they dont care about the person, its all greed. Thanks Ascot, I'll make sure all my friends who own businesses will know about you!
