"Disgraceful service!"

Ordered a mat to go under an office chair on carpet just over a year ago. Within a few weeks it had cracked and split. Tried to contact company for replacement. They didn't want to know and i could not phone them. They took ages to reply by email after several reminders and at first they offered a small discount on a new mat which I didn't want. They refused to do anything so I got in touch with credit card company to obtain a chargeback! Their service and attitude is disgraceful! They give the impression they are a British company but in fact they are German. No one should use them! Totally unreliable and couldn't care less about the consumer.The product was rubbish!

"Terrible service, poor products"

A few years ago I ordered a high end £50 chair mat from them. After around 2 months it cracked. The company replied saying they wont replace it as these things happen. They dont know if I was using it properly... As the cracks got worse I duck taped the mat together and got around 2 years use from it.

I then made the mistake of ordering from them again. Same product. It lasted 2 weeks and the company never replied to any of my emails over a 12 month period asking for help.

Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

"Mats Purchased - Terrible after services"

Purchased several mats from this company a year ago, generally happy with the items, however one of them is of very poor quality and has broken.

I have contacted them 3 times over the last 3-5 months to notify them of the problem, and have not had one response! Very poor after service, just basically rude.

The item was less than 5 months old when I first tried to contact them.

Avoid this company, don't buy from them, there's other companies to buy from, who are better.

"Oh dammit should have checked here first"

Yup, like others, ordered mats, late-arriving (took 23 days!), chased multiple times, told more would be sent, ended up waiting so long I said I wanted to cancel as I'd bought some elsewhere as I needed them for the builders working in the garden. They said it was too late to cancel even though the item tracking said it hadn't been dispatched.

Unfortunately, I was on a work call when they arrived and couldn't refuse to accept delivery, the driver left them in the porch.

Offered a 30% discount to keep them but I said they were no use as I already had mats from elsewhere. Said I could return them but at my cost to Germany (they are very heavy garden safety mats).

I am now about to take them through the courts as they are now ignoring my complaint and request for them to arrange collection.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scammers, no other way to describe them. Absolute disgrace that PayPal still allow them to use their platform. Avoid at all costs.

"Second quality damaged goods at best prices"

Received a mat that has a manufacturing issue and is clearly a second. The company has offered a discount in a similar fashion to other reviews and have requested the item is returned to Germany. The company represent themselves as a UK organisation but are not. I have had emails blocked and have raised with PayPal.
AVOID.

"Extremely poor service"

Extremely poor service - DO NOT USE. The wind sail purchased was poorly packaged and arrived late and badly damaged - unusable. This company has played a game offering discounts for me to keep the item. They finally offered a refund only after I escalated the sale to Paypal and provided a return address that doesn't exist meaning I have now also incurred return postage costs. DO NOT USE this company - there are plenty of other reputable suppliers out there.

"Damaged Goods"

I would give this company no stars if I could. Ordered mat, didn’t arrive within timescales. Email sent to query delay, advised they would look into it and arrange to send out a replacement. Replacement duly arrived and was faulty. They requested I sent them pictures, did so but they said they can’t see the damage. Offered me 16% discount if I kept the rug. Said I wanted to return item and get refund, they then offered me 23% discount or I could return to Germany at my own cost - not doing this!!!! I am speaking to my card provider about a chargeback and will be complaining to Trading Standards - we need to stop these people.

"Completely fraudulent company"

As with many other reviewers have found out all too late, this is a totally fraudulent company making money from selling products advertised as high quality that turn out to be total trash. If you're reading these reviews before buying the product you're incredibly lucky - click the back button now and get on with your life, avoiding this company. Unfortunately most people reading these reviews are only here because they've already been scammed, so here's my story.
I ordered an anti-vibration mat measuring 100x125cm. I received no shipping notifications and after about 5 days I contacted the company to make sure it had been dispatched (it was technically still within their indicated delivery time). They said they would look into it and as it turns out, there was a problem, and they dispatched a new product. Fine. That second product arrived later than expected, so in total we're now about 2 weeks past the original order. I measured it upon arrival and to my dismay, found it to be shorter than advertised by 12cm. This might not seem significant, but I ordered it specifically for this size, and it did impact what I was planning to do with it. It appears to have been cut by hand and measurement done by eye. There are evidently no quality standards in place at the warehouse.
The people dealing with customer complaints are polite enough but know full well they are bending customers over. I was offered a 15% refund to keep the faulty product, or I had to ship the product back to Germany myself (yeah, because I would have seen any money back after that). In the end I accepted the insignificant amount of money they offered back, to which I haven't even heard a reply.
Some things you just have to laugh at, but seriously, it's amazing this company is still operating without any investigation into them.

"Awful service"

Awful service. I am writing this review 21 days after placing an on-line order and I still have not received delivery. No-one answers their telephone. Email responses are provided within 24 hours but I’m not really sure that I am exchanging messages with anyone who has any real influence. I have tried to cancel the order but these requests (via email) are just overlooked. I really wish I had read these reviews before committing to an order!
