"Avoid this 'company' and save yourself"
I ordered a £90 floor mat from these guys and it didnt arrive for more than 6 weeks despite having an estimate that it would arrive in days. I stupidly didn't look at these reviews before purchasing, so realised my mistake in giving these people money and tried to cancel the order.
No one responded to my emails, and no one picked up the phone. After another week I got a response to an email saying I could have 15% back as they'd already sent it. I wasn't having that so disputed it through PayPal and got all of it back.
Do not under any circumstances give these people your money. The product is clearly terrible judging from these other reviews and the customer service is just bad. How they are still being allowed to operate is beyond me.

"Complete Rubbish"
Bought a mat for my home office floor almost a year ago. It was fine for a few months then it cracked under the weight of a normal five wheeled office chair. The crack got worse so I emailed them but got no reply. A second email also got not reply. The cracks just got bigger. Their product is of an appalling standard as is their customer service. I can see now that my experience of this company is not unique. The fact that they can continue to sell to the public is worrying and I would hope that Trading Standards would be taking a look at them. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. No replies to emails or calls for nearly 2 months. I bought a carpet rug which got shattered into pieces within just a couple of months of use and they never replied to any of my queried

"Still not despatched 10 days after order despite promise of 2-3 days"
Should have checked here before ordering. Ordered the item and then received an email saying I would have to wait 2-3 days for despatch when they would email me again and then 3-4 days afterwards for actual delivery.
That was 9 days ago. No despatch. No product. No reply to email asking what's happening.
UPDATE: Had a reply saying they could not issue a refund as "your order has been processed and it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order".
So I replied asking "If it's processed, when is it going to be despatched?". Deafening silence in response.
Do not give your money to these scammers. Terrible customer service. Now having to chase credit card company for full refund.

Its not worth my time going into details but if you are doing some research before purchasing all I can say is don't. Keep away and use a decent supplier.

Wish I had read reviews on Trustpilot prior to ordering a mat from this company, rather than the curated 5* reviews on their own website (now there's a lesson learned - adding a 1* review to their website meant it gets "submitted for moderation", somehow only 5* and the odd 4* review actually appear on the site though, funny that). As per several others' experiences, mat was low quality and progressively cracked more and more from within less than a month of use. What takes the cake however is the complete lack of customer service - filling out the online contact us form gets zero response and trying to call them gets you put on hold for about 6 minutes before the line disconnects you citing "no one available or outside office hours" (on weekday daytime). Impossible to get a complaint heard - once they've sold you their shoddy goods they have no interest in ever hearing from you again.
EDIT: to the other reviewers this month (I count 24 reviews in March, each and every one 1* and all with the same issue!!) and comments indicating this business is probably trading illegally -- please don't just stop at a 1* Trustpilot review but also do your civic duty and report this business to Citizens advice bureau - I can't post links here but google "Report to trading standards" and you'll find where, it's an online form (I have already done this)

Shame there isn't a zero stars option for this appalling company. I bought a mat to go beneath an office chair which lasted all of 2 months before cracking. I was offered 16% off a the PURCHASE of a new mat??!! How do they get away with it?

"Terrible customer experience"
Terrible customer experience. One week after ordering a floor mat I chased for an update via email as no confirmation of shipping or tracking detail was received. It appears they outsource their customer services to a desk in Europe which has little connection with the UK based operation, as I received a very bland response. After three more days I chased again, and was told they were looking into it with their courier. I then had to chase again two days later, and the response was that they would ship another item. The following week I chased for an update, and apparently their courier tried to deliver but no one answered despite being in all day. No note was left and other couriers have been delivering with no issues during all this time. Perhaps the issue is with my local Parcel force, but the lack of ownership from the customer service team was shocking. They even passed me the courier contact details and asked me to sort it with them directly, instead of sorting their own issue themselves. Absolutely shocking, have asked for a refund and await a response. Avoid!!!
06/04/2021 update - the original order shipped 12/03/2021 finally showed up. The packaging was absolutely shocking, the floor mat was covered on both sides with an old cardboard box and only taped on one end so I'm amazed the product isn't damaged or hasn't slid out. I've closed my case with PayPal, but leaving this review up to hopefully stop others from experiencing this headache.

How is the website even still trading?
Like most people ordered in early March and there is still no sign of my order and now no longer responding to emails. Have contacted my bank for a refund.
