Like hundreds of others, I have been scammed by this company. I have reported them to the authorities, and I urge you to do the same in the hope that we can prevent others being scammed.

All three organisations will acknowledged your complaint. Hopefully, the more people that report them, the more likely we are to get a positive outcome and prevent others being scammed.

"Profoundly disappointed. Expensive product yet doesn't last 2 months."
I am profoundly disappointed. Rather than buy a cheap mat for under my chair - to aid its movement (on castors) on my carpeted floor - I went for what I thought was a product designed for the job. I bought a large chair floormat from Floormats UK. It was great for 2 months and then started cracking and quickly became unusable. The company refuses to refund until it has looked over the broken item to see if the break is 'material' damage, even though regardless of the cause it is a broken mat within 2 months of purchase. The company insists on the produce being returned to Germany even in covid-19. The company has in its terms and conditions to offer a courier service to pick up items, but is refusing to do this. I understand the difficulty due to covid-19 but I am willing to wait. They now say that they won't even pick it up once restrictions allow them to. They say that another delivery company must do it. I do not understand a) why photos of the broken product are not sufficient, (and would save everyone a lot of bother) and b) if I have to return it why I can't return it to the office in London rather than them insisting on it being sent back to Germany and c) why they expect others to take covid risks and not themselves, now saying they won't wait until it is safe to do the courier service.
On the positive side, they do respond to emails.

"A fiasco"
A fiasco. Thankfully I used PayPal who were great at sorting. I wish I’d read up on TrustPilot before using this company.
Ordered a specific listed size floor mat. It didn’t arrive within the prescribed time. A week later I emailed the company. It eventually arrived but was not the correct size. I asked to return. No response.
Logged a case with PayPal. Eventually, after floormats suggested a discount which I refused they agreed to a full refund. I paid for a tracked ParcelForce return - an additional cost!

Honestly this is the first review i’ve written about a company, either positive or negative.
Avoid this company!
Had to chase for an update on delivery many times, they stalled multiple times before finally receiving the floor mat.
Within a month the item is cracked.
Options presented to me is to send item back to Germany (!?) at my own expensive or 16% refund.
In my opinion they know their product is of poor quality and were almost prepared for it to fail.
This company lacks integrity please avoid.

"Avoid this company! Complete scammers!"
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a company! Ordered a chair mat for carpet floors! Item turned up in a massive oversized box, mat barely held together by a flimsy ribbon. Packaging looked like it had German details on it, not sure what that’s about as it's a UK company!
Anyhow, was quite impressed by the mat, felt sturdy and strong and I was glad I didn't purchase one off Ebay/Amazon as they would more than likely to break albeit be less expensive!
Well, I was wrong! Totally wrong!!
Barely after a few weeks the mat had a crack in it! This turned into another crack, and by the 3rd week it had more cracks than a badly built wall! You might be thinking you’ve rolled the chair too wildly or that I’m a heavy lad! Nope none of the above! Chair is high quality and I’m not a heavy boy!
I wouldn't be too perturbed but the mat was quite pricey and you wouldn't expect it to be cracking after barely a month of use! So, tried to contact them online via email, nothing! Called them, nothing! Basically, no after sales service whatsoever! They don’t want to hear from you once they’ve got your money!
Now I want to know who the fake reviewers are on the company website telling all that they are the best mats ever!
So please do yourself a favour, avoid this lot and save your money…buy a waste bit of carpet or lino…you’d save yourself money and grief!

"Non existent customer service"
We ordered 2 x PVC chair mats for carpet floors and within 3 months both had material shatters in them. We were not using chairs with wheels on either mat and rarely moving around in our seats. We contacted the supplier on multiple occasions via email (no reply) and telephone (no answer). I strongly discourage using this supplier.

"Goods never arrived"
Goods never arrived, they dont pick up the phone or answer emails. Have requested a refund but got a feeling they will ignore me. Luckily i paid with my paypal account.

"Worst online company I've ever dealt with"
The product quality has turned out to be awful - everything has broken after a couple of weeks use - and, the service is just as bad. Here is the email I've just sent them with the problems with my order. They never told me that part of my order I'd paid for was not going to be delivered. If I hadn't noticed (I'm in the midst of a big home renovations project with lots of goods in and it could been easily have missed.
Luckily I noticed). They have been trying to fob me off with a VAT discount for the broken mat. 2 other mats now are disintegrating. They have eventually said, though I bought it from www dayton co uk that they expect me to send their faulty items back to Germany !?#*&! I will never consider using this company for future business.

You've had 4 weeks to resolve this faulty item. You have not been responding to my emails.
I'll give you a few more days to refund my payment, otherwise you'll leave me with no choice but to go to the credit card company.
At this point in very disappointed with your company's service and the products I've ordered and paid for.
2 large mats - one split after a week's use
1 heavy duty rubber mat - 10s of small supports have broken off
1 vibration mat - never delivered
1 mat connector set - overpriced. Just one square of 4 rings for £11 !!

"Don't touch this company"
Carpet mat ordered 28/11/20. By 24/02/21 it had virtually disintegrated. Customer support offered a refund if I send the mat to Germany. The promises to be helpful in dealing with complaints are empty words. Avoid this dodgy German company. Read Trustpilot before ordering!

"Very poor quality mats"
Poor quality mats. DON’T BUY! I bought mine in November and after 2 months have started cracking. Waste of money.
