Do not order from this companay. They are a complete scam.
I purchased a carpet protector from this company. Within a couple of weeks I noticed cracks appearing. These got progressively worse and within a month the whole mat was in bits, with tiny fragments everywhere (also very dangerous as could easily cut yourself on these shards).
I emailed the company and sent them photos. They confirmed they would need the product returned, to Germany, to carry out an inspection!!
I replied to this and asked if they required the whole mat back or just part of it. I received no further communication from them. Subsequent emails have been ignored and they do not answer the phone.
How is this company still being allowed to trade!

Floor mat cracked within a week. I emailed for a replacement. They replied that I had to send it back to Germany and they would take a view (seriously!). I said that was ridiculous and asked for my money back. No response. No surprise. Charletans. Do not waste your hard earned money or precious time. I'm putting it down to experience. NOT HAPPY 😡

I think that the 65% of positive reviews here must have been written by close family and friends of this outfit.
I, like many others, looked at Floor Mats UK and all the good reviews on their web site and on the basis of the product description and reviews, paid good money for a PRO series polycarbonate floor mat (advertised as crack resistant).
The mat has failed within 3 months of purchase, and I might add, lightweight and very occasional use only, to the point where it is actually dangerous and to be honest, useless. All I'm after is a refund, but the customer services team are impossible to contact as most commentators here would agree.
Its a shame that Trust Pilot allow this outfit to advertise their scam on the same web pages as such heart felt complaints and comments.
Many people have lost money through the misleading advertising from Floor Mats UK - come on Trust Pilot - do something to help us here ! Don't let these modern day Dick Turpins use your platform to mislead customers

"Inferior product & bad customer service - zero stars"

One mat has cracked after 4 weeks of use. The cracks now make the mat dangerous to use as they have sharp edges and are extensive.

An order for two further mats (placed before the first one started to crack) has not been delivered.

I requested a full refund for the first mat and also to cancel the order for the further two mats.

Despite numerous emails I have not had a response.

I tried calling their phone number but they do not answer.

Even in the current 'Covid-world' this is a terrible experience! Inferior quality, bad customer service. All the good reviews are before June 2020, so something has gone very wrong after that.

To push this along, I have filed a claim with the small claims court to recover my money. You can do this to claim for defective goods and/or goods not delivered, plus interest plus the £25 fee. So, we'll see what response that gets from floor mats.

Suggest to avoid this company. Office chair floor mat purchased in late 2019 to prevent office chair castors damaging carpeted surface. Floor mat developed cracks within one week of use, which fully propagated splitting the mat in several places rendering it un-usable and unsafe (due to sharp edges) with 2 young children in the household.

I contacted Floor Mats UK to advise of the quality defect, providing images and explanatory narrative. The response requested me to send, at my own cost, the floor mat to Germany so it could be assessed and I would be informed of a result at some time thereafter.

They failed to respond to any subsequent correspondence. Custmer rep was a lady named Kutay - absolutely useless outfit. Avoid to save yourself the hassles.

I wish I had looked on here first I normally do so it turns out I have also fallen foul of a dodgy company. My order from December is supposedly with Parcel Force having been lost once. Thankfully I used PayPal and will now try to get my money refunded

Floor mat was not suppose to crack but did in first weeks, emailed them asking what's the next step as they were reasuring that product will not crack! Got no reply at all, complete ignorance. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have never left a review on any website before, as I am usually satisfied with products I have brought online. I want to warn other people of this company. I ordered a washing machine mat on the 27th of December 2020 and it still has not arrived on the 10th of January. I paid for the speedy delivery and they said it would arrive within three to four working days.

I have tried to contact the company calling multiple times, but I can never get through. I sent them four emails, asking where my product is, and they assured me it will turn up by the end of the week. It still hasn't arrived, so I will be sending email number five, asking for my money back.
