"Undelivered Old Orders"

I have placed a couple of orders and the promised delivery time is not being met. I have one order for a trisuit that is still undelivered after one year. I will not order from this company again as they do not reply to messages.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service, it took over a year for my product to arrive and they are always so hard to contact. Their sizing is all over the board, I ordered large shorts and the sent me medium ones that would not fit, they would not refund me for their mistake. I had to file a complaint through my credit card to have it resolved. They make a good product, but are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have a terrible team and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would highly advise not to use!

Its now officially been 1 year since I placed my order of 3 items and I still haven’t received anything.
I have emailed and messaged countless times with no response.

The last item I received was ordered on August 23, 2020. I have inquired many times and finally received part of the items last week. But things are still missing...I'm getting confused replies when I follow up and still waiting for an order worth over $374 that was ordered on 8/23/2020. See below:

The last item I received was ordered on Dec 3rd, 2020. I followed up many times and finally received the second, last item last week. I get irritated responses when I follow up and am still waiting on an order that is over $800 total that was ordered 9/29/2021. See below:
Following up again on Order #LTP14411 ordered 9/29/2021. It is combined with Order #LTP14574 for a total of $852. My races start soon and I will be at St George WC in May and training there in Mar/Apr.
