"This company will take forever to…"

This company will take forever to deliver your order if you ever get it. It took 7 months to receive a jersey I ordered off the website and all I got was excuse after excuse. I hate to say it I rarely wear it because I don’t like supporting a company that does business this way, although it does give me a chance to tell people to shop elsewhere when I do wear it.

In response to the raffle ticket I purchased, the raffle ticket was purchased on 10/8/21 in hopes that you would finally send me my jersey which was purchased on 5/31/21 to which you finally shipped on 12/15/21. I don't know why you feel it was just purchased. No one has ever told me to write a review the only reason I even post this is the warn everyone about the fake 5 star reviews you pay people with gift certificates to write for you. This company will tell you that they will give you a $50 gift certificate if you write a positive review for them. I know this for a fact because one of my friend's had that happen and still didn't receive their product for 7 or 8 months.

After more than 1 week no answer to my email to pay the extra reshipment cost
Again Love the pain are liars and in addition they allow themselves to speak badly to you or even insult you when they deign to answer you

On BBB review they answer this is me who lost the package but like I have already explain with the complain to UPS, this is from there side the adresse issue
Love the pain write to me I have 1 week to answer (f…ing joke)

In one week I don’t think there will be anything new like all time with LOVE THE PAIN

But since august and there excuse about a UPS problem nothing new
I think Love the pain is a good topic for a Netflix documentary

I filed a complaint with my bank and the credit card company for e-commerce fraud

Answer from UPS after an investigation ticket opened from me :

“UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance. / The package will be returned to the sender.”

Like me and all the others customers from LOVE THE PAIN, UPS never received an answer so the package return to the sender

Nothing new, the tracking number is weird
UPS are great first time that take so long for a package
I think this shipment was a fake 😞

I don’t know nothing about a first shipment this is the first time I have a tracking number
We must not play on the nationalist side and place ourselves as a victim
When you do business you have to respect the customer
If finally I receive my order and everything is good I will write it

Always the same answer from there side “your kit is beautiful and will send this week”
I tried to found there factory in LA without result
The business address is not the real company address

Zero. Order from October 2020 never sent. It is August 2022. Requested refund multiple times and have been told they won’t do it since goods are already in production (for almost two years). It is a shame because stuff looks cool but do not buy from them. They are crooks.

I had ordered 3 jerseys recently and I have to say after reading some of the reviews here I was pretty curious if I would ever get it delivered.

Finally I was surprised … the service was really perfect with daily updates of the tracking and after 10 day the shirts are delivered today

I’d give this company a 0 if I could. Talk about a scam. I never would refer anyone to support this company. I was an ambassador several years ago. Took months to get the kit which didn’t fit and it was too late in the season to race. They offered me store credit so bought more things. They shipped the wrong size jersey and when I shipped it back they charged me a restocking fee. I personally spoke to the owner. He promised me a kit, it never came. So more money and time wasted on this pathetic company. Save yourself the money and support a legit brand that actually levels up to their values. Wish I would have went to my CC to void the charges. Maybe they’ve changed but doubtful.

"I am feeling the pain"

I would love to love the pain but after 9 weeks of not even a shipment notification I am feeling the pain. The product looks awesome on the website but after paying very high price for a product I would hope it would learn from past reviews. I wish I would have done my due diligence prior to order. If you need the product within 6 months I would look at any other manufacturer. Good thing my Ironman isn’t scheduled until 2023 or I would be concerned. Just hate representing brand now if I ever do receive the product I purchased 9 weeks ago.

Ich habe im Dezember 2019 mit der Verlockung von 60% Rabatt 2 Trisuits und eine Cap bestellt. Unzählige Mails und Kontaktversuche später habe ich am 20.August 2020 (mit sehr viel Zolltheater) den "günstigen" Trisuit und meine Cap (in falscher Farbe) erhalten. Auf meine Mails, Kontaktanfragen und Bitten: keine Antwort. Bis zum heutigen Tage (05.07.2022) habe ich den 2. Trisuit nicht erhalten. Die Bestellung gilt als abgeschlossen. Meine Mails laufen ins Leere, ich bekomme keine Antworten mehr und mein Geld ist weg. Aber den Newsletter erhalte ich 2 Mal die Woche. Sehr ärgerlich und ich werde NIE WIEDER hier bestellen. Viel Ärger, viele Tränen und zum Wettkampf sind die Anzüge auch nicht da gewesen. Da musste ich mir anderweitig behelfen.

They provide products to high profile athletes to promote themselves, once they have you on the hook they take your money and don’t honour orders. This is fraud and theft. The owners of this company clearly have no personal morals or sense of ethics. DO NOT place an order unless you’re willing to lose your money forever.
