"they just don't deliver the goods"

they just don't deliver the goods you ordered. Im waiting for more than a half year. By email they promiss that they send the goods, but nothing at all is delivered. They block everyone who is not happy with them on Instagram and delete comments on facebook. I strongly advise never to order something at LTP.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Four months later I'm still waiting for delivery for 2 medium-sized t-shirts. The advised be twice that my products were ready to ship but then decided never to ship them. The customer service team is a complete joke.

From looking online there are 100's of people in the same situation as myself. Don't be fooled by their discount codes as you will not receive your order. They also don't have a phone number or postal address on their site.

"Cheat company"

I ordered and paid for a Tri-suit in August 2018, but LoveThePain has not yet sent it to me. They keep me up, with a lot of excuses and besides, they are long to answer my inquiries. I have now tried to cancel the purchase, but this is completely ignored.

Inserted response from Love the pain, first received February 4, 2021:
"We have investigated your claim and they are completely made up. If you have a real issue our support team is standing by to help. Please email lovethepain.com".

Unfortunately, my criticism of the company is completely correct - and to date I have still not received my item. Now 2 1/2 years after.

I even gave them my order number yesterday at the request of them so they could investigate the matter, and despite this and really many emails to them, they think I'm lying.

I have kept all my emails, some answered and very many unanswered.
