It has been a nightmare and the worst customer service anyone can receive. When I first purchased the three items I was really happy, this was suppose to be a Christmas gift, but then two months passed and I received no emails or anything about the purchased I made. I email customer services and they said that the items were ready to shipped the next day and I mention to Pain hunter (3 not sure if that helps ) that I wanted to purchase something for my birthday but I was afraid that it would take too long, I was told that if I made the purchase she was going to ship everything next day. So I made the purchased and I wait 2 weeks and nothing until I got an email from pain hunter 2 saying that they no longer have the items. I was in shocked, how can you guys said that was going to received the purchase and then sent me that you guys are out of stock ??? Worst part is that I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TWO ITEMS I FIRST PURCHASE BACK IN NOVEMBER. I only received one of the items from the first purchase and the second order I made. But the first order which is the most important because it will be a birthday gift for my husband I still haven’t received anything and I Ben waiting long enough. I really need the two first items that I purchase back in November. I been email you guys about the status but no reply. This is a waste of time and energy, I can’t believe that I’m still waiting for the first order that I made and it’s even worst when I email you guys and no response. I won’t recommend anyone to purchase anything from this website. I would like an answer about the items please.

This is the answer to your reply. I understand that it takes time however I was told like I said on the review that they told me toy guys were going to ship the first order which is are a blue king pants and a race jersey. I would love if they reply back to the email that I sent 3 times already but they have no answer me.

Worst company to deal with.... they're only getting 1 star because there isn't a zero star option. Understanding the website says they hand make all items in CA, 8-12 weeks, okay... understood. 12 weeks, 13 weeks, 14 weeks, blame it on Covid that everything is backed up and not shipping. No info from customer service, finally at 16 weeks with no triathlon suit, I filed a claim with my credit card company and got my money back, from Chase because LTP wouldn't refund my money. Awful, awful service especially for the price of these items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Several other Instagram users had the same comments on their posts of never receiving the products.

I made an order on a promotional Waldo aero suit but the company did not delivery for the price was wrong. 😐. They said I could have the money on credit store only. That is why I made the purchase. The design is awesome at least. 😎.

Love the pain these guys go to in posting “good” reviews. Update three from me ...nothing...no goods...no contact. Placed my order in September 2020. 5 months. Good luck. Be careful out there. DO NOT BUY direct from these guys. You can get the same kit (like exactly the same designs) from China on Aliexpress in under 14 days. Under $25 USD per piece. Go figure folks. So much marketing hyperbole from this mob it’s just amazing and sad that so many others have had the same experience I have had. BAD.
