The year has been very complicated, I asked for a longer time than necessary, in the end everything turned out well. It is important that when they send products to Mexico, they invoice them at a low cost, unfortunately, the taxes to import clothes are very high, my invoice came out without a discount and. that made me pay more tax than normal.

LOVE THE PAIN: a lot of marketing, unmissable offers on social channels, excellent product quality, unique design but a really bad service. Always shipping next week, not a certain date. If you call they do not answer, if you write via the chat box the answer is automated. Via email, the customer care service replies that they are a small company in California and that the times are well specified up to 12 weeks for production, too bad that at the time of the order it was written immediate shipment. I received my order 3 and a half months after I placed it. I will not buy from them again even if I am satisfied with the quality of the jersey and bib purchased. I also add that a month before my cycle-buddy made the same order as mine and it NEVER arrived, they tell him that the postal service has lost the packages ... we both work in the clothing and eyewear production sectors and NEVER both in 2020 and 2021 we have had such a lack of attention for our customers. beware of LOVE THE PAIN.

Took over a year to get my order. I spoke with Ben on the phone and he told me he’d make it right and would include a gift card to make up for the delay, but the gift card was not included. I still did not receive my full order, I never got the itu swirl. My last name was spelled wrong on my skeletor.

almost a year with no response. I had to keep asking where the order was. Support cannot be reached. Products look good, but the organization is a disaster.

Like the bibs and shirt but took 9+ months to get them. When asking to rush the order was told I would have to pay an additional $100. Wanted them for summer 2020 but finally got them spring 2021. Again I really like the bibs and quality but took too long to receive

"Overall Experience"
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They pretty much stole the money I paid for my bib. I'm leaving the country, due being in the military, and I won't have my bib I ordered.
Below is a list what I went through with this company. I stop updating due to exhaustion. Keep in mind this wasn't all that I did. After the last date listed below, I sent over 5 emails asking about my product. I even googled their phone number and it went straight to voicemail, then it went to saying disconnected. They responded back once again, stating the material for the bib is 4 weeks behind.
Due to my last review being to raw, I’m updating this review to provide a more accurate picture. The rating will be a neutral one. I informed the company I will update my review. I will not speak in the quality of the items until received.
12/30/2020 - purchased items
1/13/2021 - I asked about the items shipment.
1/13/2021 - LTP replied “Your order being made and should be shipping toward the end of next week.”
1/25/2021 - I asked about the items shipment.
1/25/2021 - LTP replied “Your order is in production and we estimate it to be completed early next week. We will expedite ship it then. Thank you for your patience during this crazy time we are all in.”
2/5/2021 - I sent “For the past three weeks I been told my items will be shipped next week and early next week. Early next week passed again....... I purchased many cycling clothing small companies from other countries that make on order, and received the items purchased after I brought from your company. I keep getting your company emails for discount items but I ask myself “why would I spend more money, when I haven’t received my first order in a timely manner?”
2/5/2021 - LTP replied “Your jersey is ready, waiting your bib that is still in production. Would you like to have a partial shipped to you?”
2/5/2021 - I replied “No ship together.”
2/5/2021 - LTP replied “ok.”
2/19/2021 - I sent “What’s the status on my shipment. Two weeks ago, you stated my jersey is complete and my bib was in production. What’s the status now?”
2/23/2021 - LTP replied “Your bib did not pass quality check and had to be remade.”
2/23/2021 - I replied “So with that being said, what is the estimate shipping now?”
2/23/2021 - LTP replied “1-2 weeks.”
2/23/2021 - I replied “Oh no! This is ridiculous, I custom order 4 sets of Jersey/Bibs with three different companies after the purchase from your company. Two of the companies was from overseas companies. This purchase was to test the quality, shipping, and etc. to see if your company products would fit into my clothing closet. I’m requesting a refund now. Have your company refund the full purchase of my order back to my paying account. Refund should take two weeks.”
3/9/2021 - I sent “So it’s two weeks tomorrow, since your last email stating my items will ship…… are my items shipping by tomorrow?”
3/9/2021 - LTP replied “we have your jersey ready, do you want us to ship it today? We are catching up on bibs and can ship next week. You want your jersey shipped alone today? Let us know.”
3/9/2021 - I replied “Yes, ship my jersey today.”
3/9/2021 - LTP replied “ok.”
3/9/2021 - USPS shipping label created.
3/10/2021 - Utilizing the tracking number, the package (jersey) is scheduled to be delivered 3/13/2021.
3/13/2021 - Jersey received, the item quality is good, no complaints. Deep pockets, fabric feels good. I haven’t worn it yet.
3/20/2021 - I went out of town on vacation.
4/8/2021 - I sent "Going on another month waiting on my bib.... last email (dated March 9th) stated the bib would ship next week. When will the bib ship?"
4/10/2021 - returned from vacation, received many package while away. The bib shorts wasn't one.
4/12/2021 - LTP replied "Your bib is almost ready for the remake!"
4/12/2021 - I didn't respond back but I'm very disappointed my bib wasn't immediately being remade from when it failed QC a month and a half ago.
7/30/2022 - I returned from my abroad duty and no bib. Before I left I paid to have all my mail forward to my brother's address in Louisiana. I had a lot of mail, received all my packages exempt the bib.
